I would FIRST go to UN again and say 'I apologize to

president of Iraq and his family, to all Iraqis,
then, do the rest of things he did'

not qualified to criticize Bush.

As a president,
Bush was informed that Saddam was preparing to do something like
911 to USA, he must be very serious, his advisers must be very serious,
their proposal was approved by congress, please be fair:
Bush has no right to start a war and Bush has no right to end a war
any time he wish. If the result is good by people's judgment,
not himself alone should take the credit, meanwhile, if the result is
bad by people's judgment, everybody need to take the responsibility,
it is a common sense.

Obama opposed the war not because he is wiser, not at all,
but because he didn't share the same information and because
he is a no-war-peace-lover and he didn't need to response like a president
and he had the luxary to please no-war-peace-lovers then.

the reason and the result
is
crystal clear.

As a new president, Obama can withdraw the army any time as he wishes,
NOT AT ALL! or impossible! he must also follow the common rule to work as a
president. the time to withdraw the army will be
the balanced point where American 's tolerance and Iraqis capability.

Likewise, economic crisis,
everybody was beneficial to the prosperity during the
past 2 or 3 decades in USA, everybody praised those
wise-financial products (such as CDS), why suddenly
people asked president Bush himself to take the responsibility!
