剛剛拜讀了理財投資專業人士楊凡先生的一篇文章，其中揭露: 加拿大聯邦政府剛公布的預算赤字為$190億元，並有可能會增長到$200億，是總理競選時許諾的"$100億元以下"的翻番(怎麼又是翻番?)。作者還特意指出: "政府的財政赤字就是支出超過收入的部分"。

讀到此處，筆者陷入了深思: 開源節流，是振興經濟的根本之法。債務如此高，應該設法節流，對吧? 若支出是為了振興經濟，譬如基礎設施建設或必要的救市，那可以理解和接受。可若支出僅僅是為了執政者的理想，名聲，選票，或其它目的，那就是在禍國殃民了。為此，筆者在網上做了研究，驚訝地發現，自從現總理執政以來，在安置難民上已經支出了數十億元。2015年為引進25000敘利亞難民，總花費近$4億元，2016年達$10億元。光這兩年的年花費，是2014年花費($6千4百萬元)的6~15倍!

看到這樣令人瞠目的對比數字，大家有何感想?
