Date: March 29th, 2005 11:45 PM This is absolutely correct, and not just for the east coast. I had to field many, many questions about whether NYU is a state school. Many Asian parents seriously think Georgetown is a better school than NYU! Date: March 29th, 2005 11:20 PM I agree about NYU. I had an asian roomate who went to NYU, and all he complained about was that how in his parent's eyes he was a loser cause he went to a "no-name school" and hwo they have no "face". |
