You are right about the best to drink it chilled, but drink it warmed is also acceptable since warm Sake will do good job to kill fishy smell from sea food. This Sake is a leftover from last season. I usually do not drink Sake in summer. By the way, my wine cooler is small and limited for this kind of wine. Cheers and good to have someone chit-chat about acoholic stuff here.
