沙爹雞塊和雙菇扒菜心沒有什麼特別。在這隻講講水果餡餅的做法。
水果餡餅是用罐裝雜果、填料 (pastry cream)、還有餡餅殼子 (tart shell) ,再
做法: 1。把麵團分成兩份。分別趕成1/6英寸厚,鋪在4英寸寬的、塗了油的餡餅模上。把
2。把填料倒進模中大概2/3的地方,然後放進水果塊。放進預熱鬧400度的烤箱中10分
