·        Oil of Laoganma spicy chilli crisp - 2/3 tablespoon老干妈香辣脆油辣椒          

·        Sichuan pepper oil - a few drops   花椒油   

·        Monosodium glutamate (MSG) - a little  

·        White sesame seeds - a little  

• Salt - 3 teaspoons
