沙爹鸡块和双菇扒菜心没有什么特别。在这只讲讲水果馅饼的做法。
水果馅饼是用罐装杂果、填料 (pastry cream)、还有馅饼壳子 (tart shell) ,再
做法: 1。把面团分成两份。分别赶成1/6英寸厚,铺在4英寸宽的、涂了油的馅饼模上。把
2。把填料倒进模中大概2/3的地方,然后放进水果块。放进预热闹400度的烤箱中10分
