But not a few British elites or a few Chinese scholars are in the position to decide if it is correct to remain in EU. The Chinese scholars living outside UK or the British elites living in UK are in no position to decide that the outcome of the scientific verification experiment through the popular vote is wrong.

The popular vote is a scientific method for verifying if the majority of the British people have benefited from staying in EU, in terms of the improvement of the livilng standard of the common British people.
