第3篇和第6篇是綜述，不是原創論文，不需要用課題經費
第7篇不是林自己的，林是說，我錢給別人用，也算我的論文？

本人自2003年以來已經發表11篇通訊作者的SCI論文（其中第一作者單位
是廈門大學的文章7篇）（詳見以下listings)。眾所周知，論文發表與基金結題
時間有一個滯後期，“魏”故意將本人2007年發表的3篇論文隱去，難道是為了
發泄私憤？

　　綜上所述，投入經費528萬（除07年外）－300萬（啟動經費）＝228萬，產
出論文7篇（僅就第一作者及通訊單位而論），總影響因子33.34，本人覺得就這
些論文的質量和數量而言，沒有如“魏”所說的“揮霍國家寶貴的科研資金”，
何況還有多篇文章在投稿或整理中！稍微有點科學常識的人都知道發文章有滯後
期。
