你误解了我的基因概念,我说的表达调控不是单指调控转录,也包括翻译调控及转录后、翻译后调控等。我是这么表述的:基因的概念包括编码蛋白多肽和独立功能性RNA的编码核苷酸序列以及启动子、增强子、Micro等附属的表达调控性序列。在我的概念中,MicroRNA、反义RNA等算附属调控序列,不算独立基因。
