第3篇和第6篇是综述，不是原创论文，不需要用课题经费
第7篇不是林自己的，林是说，我钱给别人用，也算我的论文？

本人自2003年以来已经发表11篇通讯作者的SCI论文（其中第一作者单位
是厦门大学的文章7篇）（详见以下listings)。众所周知，论文发表与基金结题
时间有一个滞后期，“魏”故意将本人2007年发表的3篇论文隐去，难道是为了
发泄私愤？

　　综上所述，投入经费528万（除07年外）－300万（启动经费）＝228万，产
出论文7篇（仅就第一作者及通讯单位而论），总影响因子33.34，本人觉得就这
些论文的质量和数量而言，没有如“魏”所说的“挥霍国家宝贵的科研资金”，
何况还有多篇文章在投稿或整理中！稍微有点科学常识的人都知道发文章有滞后
期。
