陆哲明,男，1976年生，汉族，黑龙江省集贤县人,哈尔滨工业大学航天学院博士生导师。

1991年9月至1995年7月，陕西第一工业学校机械制造专业中专毕业；
1995年7月至1997年12月，全国高等教育自学考试机电一体化工程专业，本科毕业；
1998年9月至2001年3月，沈阳工业大学电机与电器专业，获工学硕士学位；
2001年3月至2005年7月，就读于哈尔滨工业大学控制科学与工程系，控制理论与控制工程专业，获工学博士学位。

2003年11月至2004年9月，香港大学机械工程系，Research Associate；
2004年11月至2005年7月，哈尔滨工业大学，讲师；
2005年8月至今，哈尔滨工业大学，教授；
2005年10月至今，加拿大University of Alberta，博士后。

主要研究方向：参数依赖Lyapunov稳定理论及应用；不确定系统的鲁棒控制与滤波；时滞系统及其在网络化控制及网络拥塞控制中的应用；模型降阶；2D系统；正系统理论等。

博士期间的研究方向为复杂系统的鲁棒控制与滤波。在攻读博士学位期间所取得的主要成绩以及所做的与学术有关的工作总结如下：

(1) 2003年9月被评为哈尔滨工业大学第五批正在进行的优秀博士学位论文；
(2) 所进行的博士课题取得较大的突破, 所取得的研究成果发表在国内外权威期刊上. 目前在国外期刊上发表及录用论文29篇(其中第一作者24篇), 在国内期刊上发表论文16篇，在国际会议上发表论文12篇。其中有27篇论文发表在SCI刊源上，有40余篇论文发表在EI刊源上；
(3) 在我校2003年学术论文统计表中，有4篇论文入选高影响因子期刊论文排行榜(全校共46篇，其中控制科学与工程学科仅5篇)；
(4) 多次应邀为IEEE Trans. Automatic Control、IEEE Trans. Signal Processing、IEEE Trans. Circuits and Systems、Automatica、《自动化学报》等十余家著名期刊以及IEEE Conference on Decision and Control、American Control Conference等著名国际会议审稿；
(5) 应香港大学James Lam教授邀请，在香港大学机械工程系进行了十个月的访问研究，并建立了长期的合作关系。参加了香港go-vern-mentRGC项目“Approximation of Dynamic Systems with Improved Time and Frequency-Domain notallowobjectives”(7127/02P)和“Synthesis Techniques for Multi-Dimensional Systems with Stochastic and Delay Effects” (7165/03E)

(6) 在学术上与国际知名学者进行了广泛的交流与合作，曾邀请香港大学、英国格拉摩根大学、加拿大埃尔伯塔大学等地的知名学者来我校讲学；
(7) 2004年12月应邀为哈尔滨工业大学航天学院首期小卫星论坛作“关于如何撰写与发表学术论文”的报告，该报告全文刊登在首期《哈工大研究生》杂志上；
(8) 作为国际程序委员会协主席，目前正在筹备第一届航空、宇航系统及控制国际会议；
(9) 作为主要参加者曾获得机械工业部科技进步二等奖及辽宁省科技进步二等奖各一项；
(10) 于2002年和2003年获光华奖学金和海王奖学金各一次；
(11) 2005年由航天学院推荐国防科工委优秀毕业生；
(12) 2005年获航天学院十佳大学生；
(13) 2005年获加拿大Killam Memorial Postdoctoral Fellowship Award和Alberta Ingenuity Fellowship，将于今年底去The University of Alberta进行为期两年的博士后研究。
