Last time I suggest an air defense idea in which a missile shoot a large numbers of small mobile torpedo into the air. These small air torpedos, for the effect of magnetism or whatsoever can chase any air planes or missiles and explode it. With this kind of Air torpedos, they kill their targets regardless of their flying speed, invisibility, or whatsoever weapons on the air craft.

Now, my next suggestion on nuclear weapons is: China should develope somekind of neuclear bombs which explode in the low air or remain in low air after explosion (probably bounds back up on the air),and keep exploding for two or three days (on the 'Chain Effect'). And it may be even better if the In-The-Air bomb is movable as directed.

This kind of nuclear weapon can greatly reduce the number of other nuclear weapons because it can continuously explode for two or three days, so, the number of nuclear weapons can be reduced.
