Blue Berries Griddle Cakes

Ingredient
75g blueberries
150g all popcorn flour
7g baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
40g sugar
1 egg
200ml milk
40g butter, melted
Brown sugarer
Honey

Method

1. Sift flour, baking soda and salt and mix together. Stir in sugar, egg, milk and melted butter. Beat to a creamy batter.

2. Mix in the blueberries. Treat or grease griddle or heavy skillet. Drop the mixture on in spoonfuls. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle with brown sugar or hony.
