        If someone were to rate my bowling skill on a scale from 1-10, I would land somewhere in like the 4 areas. But when I am having fun, I play much much better. Today, when Dad hosted a bowling party at Facenda Whitaker Lanes in PA, I had a blast.

        First of all, all atmospheres looked perfect. There were disco balls and lasers all throughout the building. There were laughing, taking, shouts of excitement, and all kinds of liveliness. As soon as I entered the building, these things really made me desperate to get bowling. However, Dad was the host, and we had to set up things first. Finally, we were ready to play and the guests were split up into 4 groups: great bowlers, mediocre bowlers, inexperienced bowlers, and plain bowlers. The bad blowers were made up of the children and I was in that group as well. I thought that was unfair, considering the other kids were all girls. But they did somewhat surprise me in the first round. It was either that they were lucky or I was horrible. To be honest, I think it was both. In that first round, I accomplished an all-time-low score for me: 67. While on the other hand, one girl nearly reached 100 pins. I was so frustrated that so far I hadn't found my rhythm yet. When I bowled, I usually found the rhythm and got in the mood of bowling after the first few frames. But up to now, the rhythm eluded me. I had had enough. At last, I put down the ball and chose a heavier one. Surprisingly, the heavier ball gave me better arm, power, and control over my rolls effectively. With my new ball, I got an all-time-high score for me as well: 106.

        The only way to make the night any better was to have delicious pizzas. Dad ordered a bunch of pizzas including the vegetables, ham, sausage, and plain. They were so amazing that the crust was crispy, the cheese was well cheesy, and my favorite of all, the toppings. I devoured my slice of pizza like a wolf. The sausage seemed like the secret ingredient to the pizza, making the flavor flourish and explode in my mouth.

        Parties with friends are always fun. But with leisure bowling, good food, and good atmosphere, they become even better.

        如果有人对我保龄球水平进行评估的话，恐怕会划为四个等级。不过，一旦本人兴致当头，我会越打越疯。今天在宾州弗瑟塔‧惠特克保龄球馆由爸爸主办的保龄球聚会上，我表现出色。

        首先，聚会的气氛无可非议，迪斯科球和激光灯在大楼里来回盘旋，人们欢声笑语热情高亢。我刚一进入馆内，不由得也想跃跃欲试。然而，这回爸爸身为东道主，咱得张罗各项事宜，做好充分准备，最后总算把全体与会来宾安顿下来，大家兵分四路：高级、中级、普通级和初级，相互比试滚球的本领。水平最次的非各家孩童莫属，也就是本人所待的那支队伍。我自然觉得委屈，尤其本队其他成员都是清一色的女生。第一轮下来，立马叫我跌破眼镜，要么算她们运气，要么怪我倒霉，言而总之，我比分落后，出现了空前未有的低分：67分。相反地，同组一位女将却打出了将近100分的好成绩。我懊恼不已，拿捏不准出手的感觉。记得以前我来玩保龄球时，往往要不了多久便悟性大发，但眼下还真有点丈二和尚摸不着头脑。我镇定了一下思绪，决定改用比较沉的球重试技艺，结果如愿以偿。重量大的球能够出其不意地带动我发挥臂力把握重心，并有效地控制地滚球的路线。就这样，我力自振拔，终于破天荒地以106高分告罄。

        今晚没有比饱餐一顿比萨饼更令我赞不绝口，爸爸为大家点来一堆比萨饼，有蔬菜型、火腿型、香肠型，还有正宗原味型，不仅中看，而且耐吃，皮酥脆的爽口，奶酪烘烤的浓香，饼面上附加的佐料更成为我的最爱。我狼吞虎咽，香肠宛如整个配方的秘笈关键，顿使比萨诱惑力大增。

        与朋友聚在一起其乐无穷，尤其再伴有娱乐性强的保龄球、人见人爱的美味佳肴以及温馨随意的欢愉氛围，无疑更为派对活动锦上添花。
