            I like eggs, I really do.

            Not to eat, not to chew.

            No, I like them because they’re fun to yack.

            So here are a few yolks I have to crack.

            I like eggs, especially in the morning.

            I was so egg-cited when I heard the sound.

            I went down stairs, only to find plain eggs on plates,

            From top to bottom, I was so irate.

            All the eggs were overdone,

            Each and every one, dark as chocolate.

            But my mom said “stay on the sunny-side up,

            Do not worry, I’ll clean them all up”.

            I said “Om-letting this slide mom,

            But never again.”

            Next time I do this, I’ll let you know ahead,

            ‘cuz I’m cracking some more egg-otic puns, instead.
