The declaration lists what it calls “horrific atrocities” committed by 

China’s government, included in that list is the Covid-19 pandemic. 

“Recently, it [the CCP] unleashed a biological attack on the free 

countries of the world with the CCP-virus (the Covid-19 virus), 

which poses a serious threat to the health and survival of all human 

beings.”

The declaration outlines a plan to change the system of government 

in China. “It is suggested that the New Federal State of China should 

draw up a Constitution in reference to the democratic and legal 

systems of the West, and any relevant international laws.” Guo and

Bannon also announced the formation of the Himalaya Supervisory 

Organization, a group created to oversee this imaginary transition of 

governments. “Under the supervision and advocacy of Himalaya 

Supervisory Organization, the New Federal State of China will be a 

land without CCP,” the declaration reads.

的是，俄羅斯國防部長特別提到了一個嚴重警告，指出一些國家正在

發展生化武器。。。

2020年是人類歷史上罕見的大災難年。對於已經在全球大流行的病毒，

有人說是天然病毒，也有人說是人工病毒。不管是什麼人造還是自然

災害，不可否認的是，新冠狀病毒的存在確實是可怕的。

如果病毒不是生物武器，那麼換言之，一旦實驗室泄露出真正的生化

武器，其悲慘後果肯定遠比今年的危機更悲觀，最壞的情況甚至會

導致人類滅絕！

那麼，為什麼俄羅斯國防部在今年的峰會上強調“生化武器”？

首先，人們可以或多或少地從這場危機中意識到“生物武器”的可怕

性質。上到聯合國理事下到成員國，無論是中國、俄羅斯還是印度，

都處於全球危機的中心。

生化武器最大的特點是不存在“攻”和“防”，自然也不存在所謂的

“贏家”和“輸家”。要麼我們不打開潘多拉魔盒，要麼我們一起死去。

沒人能從中受益。這是一種純粹的反人類武器。

至於俄羅斯國防部長提到的“某些國家”，其實大家都猜到了他們

在說誰。。。

雖然俄羅斯這次沒有直接指出這個“域外國家”，但根據目前全球科技

發展水平和公眾信息，到底是誰想必在座的都已經有答案了吧，中國外交

部發言人王文彬則更直接。早在上個月，他就開始呼籲全世界調查美國

在海外的軍事實驗室。

王文彬為美軍海外實驗室提出了三個關鍵詞：不透明、不安全、不合理。

理論上，世界衛生組織有權調查這些海外實驗室。

然而，很多人忽視了在俄羅斯舉行的峰會本身並不簡單！

雖然從理論上世界衛生組織有權調查美國的這些海外軍事實驗室，但要

真正實現這一目標，就必須取得廣泛的國際共識，突破現有的政治壓力。

只有這樣，才能實現。

中國是今年遭受黑客攻擊最嚴重的國家，到底為什麼會遭到頻繁攻擊，

答案早就不言而喻了。我們是第一個要求檢查美國海外軍事實驗室的

國家。顯然，要實現這一目標，就必須增加輿論氛圍，獲得更多的國家

支持。

雖然中俄還做不到，但只要我們堅持下去，

相信美國“受審”的日子很快就會到來。

就在2019年，美國就發生過極端詭異事件，瘋狂刪帖，內幕揭開異常

恐怖就在去年，也就是2019年的7月，美國最大的化武基地——

德特里克堡被美政府突然關閉，所有正在進行的科研項目被要求立即

停止。
