【注】【注】时代广场旧称长耕地广场(Longacre Sq)，1904年因为《纽约时报》的进驻而改名至今，每年元旦除夕“大苹果”水晶球都要从时代广场一号大厦掉落，1994—1995岁末之交，我曾现场体验过纽约客跨年夜的激情时刻，欢声笑语交织成快乐的海洋，霓虹闪烁像心跳一样充满生命和色彩，广告牌和大屏幕高耸入云，明亮的光芒放射出永恒的光芒，仿佛这片水泥丛里的太阳永远不会落下，而梦想总是触手可及。
