4. 使命條款中語言不夠規範，句式不完整

“...research tools to reduce and the cyber crimes and malpractices of AI usages.”

• 建議改為：  “...develop research tools to reduce cyber crimes and mitigate malpractice in the use of AI technologies.”

“...eventually establish a research and educational institute to further its mission to be registered as an official school…”

• 建議澄清“official school”的法律定義，是否指認證教育機構？是否符合州教育法規？

5. 權力條款中“ethical use of AI”與“protect AI”表述需更精確

“...promote the ethical use of AI, prevent the AI tools to be used for fraud and immoral practices, and protect the AI from cyber crimes…”

• 建議改為：  “...promote the ethical use of AI, prevent misuse for fraudulent or unethical purposes, and safeguard AI systems against cyber threats.”
