1939年毛主席在给张闻天的信中第一次提出“为人民服务”的概念。
1944年毛主席对《解放日报》和新华社工作人员讲话时指出：“为人民服务，不能是半心半意，不能是三心二意，一定要全心全意”，第一次提出“全心全意为人民服务”的概念。
1945年，“全心全意为人民服务”写入《党章》。
Serve
In 1939, Chairman Mao proposed the concept of Serve the People for the first time in a letter to Zhang Wentian.
In 1944, Chairman Mao pointed out to the staff of Jiefang Daily and Xinhua News Agency: "Serve the People must not be half-hearted, and must be wholehearted" , which was the first time to release the concept of Serve the People Wholeheartedly.
In 1945, Serve the People Wholeheartedly was written in the Party Constitution.
