試以騷體譯葉芝《WHEN YOU ARE OLD》 試以騷體譯葉芝《WHEN YOU ARE OLD》 當你老去 期子之衰兮雲鬢雜然 爐畔巍巍兮時俯時眠 一卷在手兮讀耶夢耶 或夢款款兮軟顧深瞻 世多君子兮愛子清儀 慕子窈窕兮孰真孰虛 心靈之慕兮世惟斯人 花顏縱逝兮念戀如一 獨俯觀兮惟爐火闌珊 嘆復吟兮悵愛之遷延 奮而馳兮欲入乎層巔 何得而隱兮同彼星團 註：舊時顏色君試以古風譯葉芝，其言舊聞於 水木年華之歌，今讀原文益悵然。以騷體譯之， 以備一格。 WHEN YOU ARE OLD When you are old and grey and full of sleep,  And nodding by the fire, take down this book,  And slowly read, and dream of the soft look  Your eyes had once, and of their shadows deep;  How many loved your moments of glad grace,  And loved your beauty with love false or true,  But one man loved the pilgrim soul in you,  And loved the sorrows of your changing face;  And bending down beside the glowing bars,  Murmur, a little sadly, how Love fled  And paced upon the mountains overhead  And hid his face amid a crowd of stars
