2023年12月2日，星期六。晚上去小小阿立家看球。

今天是大學橄欖球各大賽區的冠軍賽，重頭戲。全美排名第二的蜜大對陣大十賽區的西區冠軍，全美排名16的愛荷華大學。

比賽在印第安納波利斯，中部時間晚上7點。咱們時差2小時，晚上5點。

晚餐小兩口說叫外賣，選了一家印度尼泊爾料理（Indian Nepalese Cuisine）。點菜由小兩口負責，我們去取。買單當然阿立嫂負責了，她的山姆詩信用卡餐館有3%的回扣。

餐館叫《嬤嬤嗯咖喱》（Momo N Curry）。尼泊爾之嬤嬤可能不是容嬤嬤，而是尼泊爾版餃子之饃饃？

餐館管網有自己的介紹，附在文後。阿立就不贅述了。

下午接到小小阿立嫂短信，外賣4點半可以取。

嬤嬤嗯咖喱到了：

咱們4個大人再加阿立三世，一大包餐食，打上稅也不到80刀。何來通貨膨脹？

到小小阿立家5點不到。球賽還未開始，先開吃。

羊肉可嘚（Lamb Kadai）：

羊肉可嘚（Lamb Kadai）又叫卡拉希魔鬼（karahi ghost），屬於印度的瑪格萊料理（Mughlai cuisine）。瑪格萊料理起源、流行於早中期印度-波斯文化中心（Indo-Persian cultural center）之瑪格萊帝國（Mughlai Empire），兼融印度、中亞和波斯美食風味。

都贊，不輸蜜州，哈哈。

阿立註：咱們在蜜州從未吃到過尼泊爾料理。印度料理也沒吃到過值得點讚的。唯一一次大讚印度美食，是在曼谷。

餐館老闆莫罕哥（Mohan）以及所有《嬤嬤嗯咖喱》的員工都是土生土長的尼泊爾人。莫罕哥及同伴們2011年在馬來西亞的科倫坡（Kualampur）開了印度-尼泊爾餐館《貝特加特餐館》（Bhetghat Restaurant）。2016年才移民到米國。

Our Journey

We started our journey of introducing Indian Nepalese Cuisine in Kualampur, Malaysia in 2011 by opening Bhetghat Restaurant. We migrated to the U.S. in 2016, but the desire to spread the flavors never ended, so we started running Momo N Curry since 2020 and are working hard to make it better than before. Our spices are freshly made that enhances the flavor of our dishes. Every day we get our rewards in the form of Happy and Returning customers.
