汉语原文：《赤壁》（唐杜牧）
折戟沉沙铁未销，自将磨洗认前朝。
东风不与周郎便，铜雀春深锁二乔。

曹雪葵译文：
A rusted helbard broken from under the sand,
recognized as of the previous northern land.
Without the timely east wind for the fire,  
the enemy's battleships wouldn't cower,   
thus the wife of the younger general Zhou, so fair,
would have to entertain duke Cao，in his leisure tower.

豌博译文
Broken weapon buried deep in sand with iron not rusted away,
cleaned with abrasives for identification of an earlier dynasty.
Should that east wind have not blown in General Zhou's favor,
his bride might be locked deep to serve in Enemy's headquarter.
