致每個人類的呼籲信：請高度重視這裡的科學預言否則人類將很快歸零重啟

——尤其是各國政要與全人類各界精英請明晰自己的責任

——題要：一直在挖全人類幸福生活大廈牆腳並導引全人類加速滑向全部毀滅的敵人就是，人類原始動物性質的思維模式，一直將人類禁錮在再富“有”都不得不為“有”而爭的動物性低級生存陷阱里。於是人類的價值判斷認知邊界被鎖定在原始低級層次的本末倒置認知視野里，使人類深深迷失在浮於虛幻、亂於認知、梗於溝通的意識叢林。而現有的文明已經被推到了為“有”而爭的人類思維模式下能基本生存的可持續性的盡頭，眼前無路，回頭無望。說明人類需要認知更貼切宇宙本質的宇宙觀來構建更科學的世界觀，並以此為基礎拓展新視野來創造新思想，人類文明才能可持續。由此，人類唯有去認知宇宙一直以各種方式傳遞給人類但人類一直熟視無睹而至今還陌生的決定生死的信息，即能通達宇宙萬象生成與演繹所有時空的底層承托規律即程序定質規律，才能突破上述禁錮與鎖定的邊界，而能科學簡約化明晰我是誰、在幹什麼、要去哪裡，由此學會為“順”而辨的高級文明思維模式來組合社會合作，擺脫當前叢林式互斗內耗而終必自戕的危境。一句話，來自宇宙能量組合而成的人，不可違逆天律，逆天必亡。

尊敬的每個地球人與各國政要及全人類各界精英：

 全人類的對抗正在朝着不歸之末路狂奔！故想呼籲所有人停下來靜心看看這裡傳遞出的事關每個人生死的重要的來自宇宙的信息。

人類受到的所有苦難，本質上都是與人類的認知相匹配的。從根本源頭上簡單說就是，人類對宇宙本末認知的顛倒，使得人類價值觀顛倒，所以造成不得不按照世界本質規律來創造文明價值，但又顛倒過來使用文明的創造，闖入自己顛倒的思維模式羅織的顛倒幻境繭子裡，相互亂鬥而自我製造了無盡的苦難。

人類因為比其它動物更善於合作才創造了人類文明。但人類無法轉化理順矛盾，即是找不到安全合作做事的邊界，才反覆遭受同樣的苦難。幾千年無論怎麼努力發現規律與創立各種理論，都解決不了明顯本不該遭受的苦難。這樣的歷史與現實，已經充分證明問題癥結出在人類對這個世界最底層的認知上，即人類認知世界的價值立場、視角與方式在最根本點即宇宙本質點上是錯誤的。因為，雖然每個人都受到這個世界存在的本質規律牽引與制約在做事，但當人類認知世界所建立的底層基礎與這個世界存在與演繹的底層基礎不一致時，每一個人所做的事都必然會各自出現各種不同偏差。相互間就難於精準對接來保持可持續合作，人類不得不反覆不斷重建的社會合作模式，就一定還是會不可持續而必然雪崩——即雪崩時本質上沒有任何一片雪花是無辜的！因此，這是來自宇宙能量合作才生產出的人類的根本問題，應儘快予以改變。本信為此而呈。

而特別提請審閱者先知的是，鑑於本信說的事，是建立在從人類根本價值視角上顛覆人類現在的思維視角與習慣基礎上的，所以初閱會對之陌生而不解所云。故特別在此先予提醒，是希望審閱者認真解讀，逐漸適應並理解這裡說的全新看世界的視角。

簡單說，徹底解決複雜矛盾唯一最好的方法，是讓各方都能獲得平衡好處。平復全世界亂象，徹底恢復全面和平的最好方法，當然也是讓全世界每個人都能獲得可持續平衡好處，不再像過去幾千年文明歷史一樣人人都時時沉浮難料。因此當我認為做好一件事，就能使全人類每一個人都獲得這樣的好處時，我就堅信，能夠按動這件事實際啟動按鈕的人，即立得千古最偉豐功，必受萬世景仰。而凡參與推動此事的人，也即成無量功德。鑑於此，我必須也應當說出這件事。而鑑於我的條件，我也只能發出這個呼籲信，說說這件事，希望得到高度關注而已。

我是一名一直在中國的社會基層度日且早已退休的老頭。我所以寫這封信，是因為我個人認為，源於人類對這個宇宙本質認知的缺失，導致人類在所有事項的價值底層錨點判斷上本末倒置，整個社會文明發展才亂而不順，且正不斷加速滑向全部毀滅的深淵。而我認為，我看到了一條能使全人類擺脫互斗自毀危機而走向全人類都能共同可持續和諧合作的科學發展大道。

但走上這條文明科學化的大道，需要全人類共同甄別一個能最簡約科學概括宇宙本質與萬象生死演繹的自然哲學科學課題，我將這個科學課題的規律命之為程序定質規律。這是事關全人類生死的大事，我一直不確定該如何傳遞這裡的信息供人類精英甄別，才符合我所在的環境要求。為了每個人類都不再受苦而能幸福生活，我還是應該向整個人類每一個人尤其是全世界各國政要與人類精英發出呼籲，但又不知通道何在。最終只能接受朋友建議，寫此信請有條件的朋友幫助，向全世界各種媒體投稿，通過媒體公開呼籲。用這樣方式試試能否引起人類尤其是各國政要與全人類精英的共同關注，審閱並甄別我提出的能引領全人類走向高級文明的自然哲學科學課題。

現進一步簡要說說寫此信的主要原因。

1、我堅信需要呼籲全人類共同合作來甄別的宇宙萬象及其演繹的底層承托之程序定質規律，是人類在自然造就人類的認知方式所能企及的邊界裡，最能夠科學簡約化解開所有迷惑與困境的金鑰匙。從人類現在所能企及的自然科學規律到人類社會生活與私人生活的所有層面每件事，人類所能獲取的認知信息與文明成果，都是程序定質規律演繹的某個側面反映的片段規律的表象現象。這個宇宙，本質上既不是物質的也不是意識的，而是程序的。人類在弄清宇宙能量本質之前，不可逾越的是必須先弄清宇宙一切存在及其演繹，即人類所能覺知的一切會彰顯能量的“有”，包括意識現象與社會合作組織及其產生的文化模式等等，都是宇宙能量運動軌跡的程序化編程組合合作的表象或模式體。故唯因程序之“順”才生宇宙萬象之“有”及其演繹。所有的“有”及其演繹都是能量運動程序化“順”生出動態平衡模式。由此可知，這個世界所有的存在之“有”，其構建底層的本質都是相同的，都是同一於程序化的。也因而萬象才有相互的溝通與連貫的通道。更通俗簡說就是，這個世界唯有先保障程序“順”了才生“有”，而不是“有”了就會“順”。但人類思維卻一直停滯在原始低級認知狀態，誤以為“有”了就會“順”。如全人類都一直在拼命追求經濟發展，並將作為衡量社會文明程度的核心標籤等等.......。在價值觀上，每個人都在為“有”而爭，不悟為“順”而辨。這宇宙自然觀認知上的本末倒置，導致價值導向上是非顛倒，正是人類社會合作與生活所有苦難與迷茫不解的總根源。如果再不將人類思維模式上被顛倒的價值認知矯正過來，打造出人類社會合作的科學文化意識生態，所有文明成果的天使一旦被創造出來的同時都會被顛倒使用而魔鬼化，人類必將在亂順的反覆折騰中，不斷加速走向全部毀滅。現在的人類已經處在隨時都會全部被毀滅的危機中。

2、中國如果能儘快認知並掌握程序定質規律，必將對整個人類文明作出史無前例的貢獻。一是從詞彙本義看，構建人類命運共同體的願景，其內涵的科學精準度恰史無前例。其所包含的同一、合作的理念，比起人類對幸福未來的各種設計理念，更點出了宇宙本質之程序定質規律內在規定性，正是全人類該走的科學方向。只是全人類思維模式還是原始初級的，對程序定質規律熟視無睹而陌生，使人類命運共同體概念本應具有的科學內涵，被社會矛盾的雜亂生態異化了。二是中國作為人類社會合作最龐大的模式體，是人類文明最大且完全不可能忽視的意識能量資源儲備庫。三是現在這個能量儲備庫的資源引信已經被點燃喚醒，其構建的社會意識文化生態能量爆發的走向已經關及全人類的生死，尤其是在全人類精英都清晰感覺到當前全人類命運走向已經到了一個生死選擇的十字路口的時代。

3、人類想掙脫毀滅危機困境，就亟需將人對本體及其衍生所有事的底層構建系統的認知科學化，理解萬象本質同一及其做事的唯一科學抓手是程序。這件事已經時不我待。因為，人的認知決定想法，人類想法經過整合形成思維模式。思維模式是人類意識產品的生產機器，或者說是意識能量合作模式。思維模式組合為社會意識文化生態，決定着社會合作生態模式，即決定着文明的可持續性。現有的為“有”而爭的人類思維模式已經將文明合作生態的基本生存可持續性推到了盡頭，眼前無路，回頭無望。必須從人類社會合作生態底層進行科學化改造。這是人類有史以來從未遇到但又不可迴避的決定生死的社會合作生態改造工程，最好找到在最短時間內見效的最好的切入點來做好這事關生死的全人類最要緊的頂級大事。而人類文明源於人類比其它動物更善於合作，故政府機構就是人類社會合作中對社會走嚮導引力最強、涉及面最廣、見效最快的社會合作組織。因此從認知與甄別宇宙底層構建邏輯的程序定質規律開始，重新構建人類思維模式，使之更新升級成為“順”而辨，使人類社會合作生態與宇宙演繹同頻而科學化，是人類有史以來最偉大的社會合作歷史工程。對此各國政要都肩負着整個人類文明進退與生死的最大重託。我認為，當下全世界正在人類文明歷史進程中愚智分野的十字路口，考驗着我們將給子孫予什麼樣的未來？

4、掌握韁繩，才能駕馭千里馬。程序定質規律，就是整個宇宙萬象及其演繹的“韁繩”。只有掌握程序定質規律，才能真正直接全面接觸到宇宙本真的規律體系，從而徹底改變人類人類當前只會用鞭子來回抽，莽撞中摸到韁繩在也渾然不知的狀態。所以現在不論是誰以及處在什麼地位，都在辛苦加心苦中叢林式互斗度日，誰都無法輕鬆駕馭自己的人生。每個人的區別僅在叢林式互斗的程度與角度不同。在此依據程序定質規律，選一個視角，略作解析，看清人類社會叢林生態成因及其逐漸演繹成當前森林與沼澤的兩個極端社會合作生態，及其由此造成人類苦難不斷的困境的形成脈絡。

人類初識世界，看到的是一個個存在的各式各樣“有”對自身產生的價值關聯，占“有”就生“順”感，於是在價值判斷上為趨利避害錨上了“有”，而不知是“有”的內外程序動態平衡之“順”才造就“有”的價值特質而表現出價值關聯。實質上，各種“有”的本真，都是本質同一於程序化“順”演繹出來的繁雜幻化的表象。於是因為蘿蔔青菜各有所愛，不同人各自圍繞其認同的“有”造就各自獨有的生存判斷邏輯，形成不同的思維模式的意識之“樹木”。並且價值標準還會隨着“有”不斷幻化演繹而進一步雜亂化。人類價值判斷，就這樣造就了人類社會雜亂的意識叢林。人類走出物理叢林創造人類文明後，文明就一直被困在人類自己同時創造出來的意識叢林中，使得叢林規則一直攪亂着人類文明成果的正確使用。在這個宇宙內生成，就必然被程序定質規律的鞭笞，人類一面不斷建立從物質到社會合作的程序化鏈接合作模式，一面為了爭“有”作為價值取向而一味追求目的與結果，而不擇手段即不論程序過程，甚至以非循序定度的反宇宙本質方式破壞既定程序的行為，使整個人類社會合作鏈接在亂與順中反覆折騰。其間差別只是在於，基於歷史沿革，不同族群思維模式中對程序重視程度不同，造就了社會合作本來必須依靠的程序鏈接的可持續性有了差別，社會合作穩定度及其可持續性就有了差別，使得社會承載文明成果的能量不同，表現為現有人類社會低級叢林文明中五十步與一百步的文明差別。較典型的社會合作生態極端兩頭，類同森林與沼澤。有的地方的社會文化意識生態上較為重程序，使社會合作的程序鏈接可持續性較為穩定，於是社會生態上成為能承托與生長大樹的森林。有的地方則社會文化意識生態上以為目的而輕視程序過程作為思維與行為中心，乃至社會合作的具體程序鏈接常被為牟取目的與結果做事的人碎片化。做事中常錯亂事之既定程序，導致法度被錯位，造成事實與是非均似是而非糊塗化，整個社會合作由此沼澤化，只是在全球環境恰好合適時，能將飄落的各種樹種異化為灌木與花草，但底層演繹主流能量還是沼澤......。因為全人類思維模式都在停滯在為“有”而爭低級動物性階段，所以整個人類沉浸並迷失在意識叢林裡互斗內耗，無法走出意識叢林的霧霾困境，去打造每一片雪花都循序則整個社會就不會雪崩的人類可持續和諧合作的高級文明社會生態。

5、我的自身條件與現實環境，決定我需要找到能好好說話來推廣程序定質規律給全人類甄別的平台。先設定，我認為的左右人類一切的程序定質規律，確是這個宇宙的本質規律，並將在被人類認知後能徹底升級整個人類文明。那麼我就的確有必要找一個平台來最廣泛地傳遞這科學課題的信息。但我目前不具備這樣的傳遞信息的條件。亟需在全世界尋求人類精英的幫助。一是因為我已經有各種老年病，包括冠心病與輕微腦梗等，近期住院次數增加還受為五斗米折腰的環境限制。而我有幸於比一般人遊歷了更多的社會視角，撿拾了更多方位的全人類合作的文明成果信息，並對之辨析後的組合，使我看到了程序定質規律。該規律一直就矗立在宇宙時空中，並非我個人能力結果，故該信息組合結果本就該屬於全人類。因而最好能儘快地全部傳遞出來，這是我來人世走一遭想着應該努力做好的。何況現在全世界局勢風起雲湧，亟需通過傳遞這樣的來自能通達全宇宙的自然科學信息，來建立通暢的能量溝通渠道，才能減少並期待儘快消除衝突間迸發的火星，使每一個人都儘可能地儘快擺脫苦難與滅頂之災。二是因為這涉及對人類所有方面所有事的底層構建的矯正，與當前現實人類思維模式習慣一時難於兼容，尤其需要通過能結合實際來和平順暢對話解析的平台，才會易於融合。三是要改變陳舊社會生態習慣的慣性，是需要力量支撐的。因此希望有具有這類力量的人類各路精英來合作努力，特別需要各國政要們高度重視，使得就此對話的環境良好，能夠在叢林社會找到避開各種隨時會中斷對話的危險區域，特別是沼澤地帶的陷阱區域，來保障完成全人類對這個自然哲學科學課題的甄別對話。何況我認為這個自然科學課題如果成立並實施，將全新組合整個人類文明成果。這更是尤其需要全人類共同合作才能做好的。

簡而言，我們人類所受的苦難，包括任何個人為志向而殫精竭慮還最終長嘆，都是與我們的認知相匹配的。所有苦難，都是因為人類被自己思維禁錮造成的。現在亟需改造我們思維的原因是，這種思維能量已經必然引導人類走向文明努力的反面，不僅不斷加速走向必然使得每個人為個人幸福的努力都趨於失敗，更使得人類不斷加速走向滅亡。唯有建立更科學的宇宙觀與世界觀，以此為基礎全面整體升級人類的價值觀、人生觀與社會觀，即全面科學化升級改造現有人類思維，人類才有可能脫離當前苦難之海，人類文明才能升級為高級文明。

關於我所提到的程序定質規律，我已經寫了一篇簡說文章《覽要簡說滿灌人類所知覺的整個宇宙時空而主宰人類一切的宇宙本質底層構架之程序定質規律綱要要點——兼及簡說人類文明的本質及其循序定度之核心演繹機制》，歡迎各類精英翻譯傳播。最近又寫了兩篇導讀上述文章的短文《宇宙一再告誡人的幸福底線密碼是每片雪花都循序則社會就不會雪崩》、《從刀郎的羅剎海市颶風看人類無能汲取教訓而正走向死亡及該怎麼辦》。文章雖然講的是自然哲學的科學課題，但因涉及人類文明，故鑑於政治紀律，我早已無數次呈請中央審閱時請示，如果沒有收到指示就說明該自然哲學科學屬性的文章，中央不反對我將之公開發表於任何媒體。由此我已經委託自願者幫助尋求路徑，將之發在能夠發出的媒體上。

I am an old man who has been living at the grassroots level in China and has long since retired.The reason why I wrote this letter is because I personally believe that due to the lack of human cognition of the essence of the universe, human beings have put the cart before the horse when judging the underlying anchor point of the value of all matters, and the development of the entire social civilization is chaotic and unsmooth. It is constantly accelerating and sliding towards the abyss of total destruction.And I personally think that I have seen a scientific development path that can enable all mankind to get rid of the crisis of fighting and self-destruction and move towards sustainable and harmonious cooperation for all mankind.

But to embark on this avenue of civilization and scientization, all human beings need to jointly identify a natural philosophy science topic that can summarize the essence of the universe and the interpretation of life and death in the simplest and most scientific way.This is a matter of life and death for all mankind.
