再次特致秘書長古特雷斯先生的信：希望聯合國能推動全人類走出意識叢林而走上人類高級文明康莊大道順暢前行

因全人類生死選擇在即，且留給人類猶豫中探尋與選擇時間已經不多了，不得不再給您寫信。

這預示着人類社會將必須有顛覆性改變，否則整個人類就必將被顛覆性覆滅。所謂顛覆性改變，就是從人類社會合作結構最底層基礎必然要生發的本質性改變。這裡說的人類社會合作結構底層的宇宙能量合作模式，就是人類的思維模式。思維模式構建與運轉的基礎，就是建立在認知基礎上的價值立場。這裡的能量演繹層次關聯真相，一直未被人類認知。我集幾十年的思考確信，人類社會唯有儘快顛覆性改變現在不符合宇宙本質規律的思維模式的價值站立底線，從而構建夯實人類社會合作構架的底層基礎，人類才能擺脫所有歷史不幸的重複再現以及現在面臨的被全部毀滅的危境。為此，我要將我確認的貫通宇宙全時空的本質演繹規律是程序定質規律，告訴全人類，請全人類儘快合作甄別、自醒，儘快推動全人類站在宇宙本質視角來簡約化貫通審視自我價值體系，從靈魂深處及時顛覆性自我改造，人類才能徹底打開貫通審視所有面臨對象真相的慧眼，來完成自我拯救，將現時茫然內鬥互害的低級叢林文明，升級為科學可持續和諧合作的高級文明。

但因為能貫通宇宙全時空視角的程序定質規律科學體系，是顛覆現在整個人類社會合作底層構架，反轉人類現有思維模式的價值視角運轉慣性與邏輯體系的，故該程序定質規律科學體系的傳播，最初必然因與現有思維模式運作價值習慣相反而遭到牴觸，而使得這裡承載着宇宙本質演繹規律的科學信息，在起步傳遞信息初期，不易於被人類現有思維模式接受。唯有通過一個能平和對話的科學討論平台，對各種現實實例中予以解剖實證，才是最佳的打通人類思維模式內在梗阻而順暢傳送科學信息的渠道。

基於上述，為傳遞這科學信息，我托朋友在互聯網先後發了兩篇從自然哲學視角來闡述的文章《覽要簡說滿灌人類所知覺的整個宇宙時空而主宰人類一切的宇宙本質底層構架之程序定質規律綱要要點》、《人類暢控萬事的唯一科學韁繩是貫通宇宙能量全時空演繹的程序定質規律》。自然哲學思想從來都是人類科學理論生發而推動人類文明的引導，何況這是徹底顛覆性重塑文明底層構建的信息，是來自宇宙本質的第一信息。所以因未見有人能對接這個重大信息。就想請聯合國提供幫助，讓聯合國大會成為一個能平和對話與科學討論上述科學課題的平台，來推廣這個決定全人類生死的信息。這事關及整個人類及其文明，要麼毀滅，要麼從底層顛覆性變革而夯實人類文明社會合作的底層構架從而升級人類文明，這也正是聯合國正當時的勇擔歷史大任之所在。

2024年7月1日，我向聯合國網站的“聯繫我們”欄目發送了我致聯合國秘書長的信《特别致聯合國秘書長古特雷斯先生的信：希望能給我機會在聯合國大會宣講一件人類能簡約化掌控成敗生死的大事》。在這信里，我表述了我的基本情況與想法。這是今年第二次給秘書長寫信（此前亦多次發信）。

通過聯合國大會來傳遞我堅信是關及全人類生死的宇宙第一信息的最大好處是，將這與現在全人類思維模式核心支撐的價值認知基礎立場體系完全相反的宇宙本質規律演繹信息，以最迅速的速度通過各國政府精英與媒體傳遞給全世界各界精英，使之進入人類思維視野。在全人類精英合作下，使得該科學體系被迅速挖掘認知。或許真能在人類科技高速惡魔化而毀滅全人類之前，人類靈魂及時覺醒升級，從而合作鑄就導致全人類毀滅的巨大災難的防火牆。由此有效拯救全人類同時，讓人類文明獲取最佳途徑，最輕鬆地越過人類靈魂生死之歷史巨障，登上全宇宙最高科學巔峰。從此，讓全人類每一個人都能簡約化一眼就徹底看清整個宇宙與人類世界所有演繹真相，讓所有事情的真相，對任何普通人來說，從此不再是難於獲得的信息資源而成為阻礙人類合作鏈接的最大障礙，最快速升級整個人類文明。從而實現前所未有可持續的世界全面和平，成就人類文明歷史最高豐碑。

如果能從程序定質規律的科學視角看，就能清晰而簡明看清人類文明史演繹全部真相與人類社會所以總是亂象叢生的總根源。人類自走出物理叢林而改變了人類行走與舌部兩個基因編程後，使得人類組合宇宙能量模式合作的能力，從時空縱橫兩個方面得到巨大擴展，使得人類遠比其它動物更善於社會合作，從而創造了人類文明。但因人類認知世界是從宇宙能量運動程序合作編程本質演繹出的能量程序合作幻象模式——這種宇宙能量本質演繹的表象之表面開始的，所以人類價值判斷的站立點，就只能先站在宇宙能量本質演繹幻化的物質外形的表象上，導致整個世界物慾橫流。而作為宇宙能量本質幻化的物質外形，並不是這個宇宙各種存在與可持續的決定因素，因此也不是價值產生的真相與根基所在。人類價值立場基於表象產生的思維模式及其思維模式生產的產品，即思想與想法，也不過是建立在幻象基礎上的意識邏輯組合之樹，都漂浮在宇宙本質幻化的表象亂流上，自身極其不穩定而多變，這構成了現在人類文明社會的雜亂意識叢林。所以人類走出物理叢林後，又陷入了自己造就的意識叢林的陰霾中，讓人類目光總是短淺而無法打開視野。因此，人類社會合作基礎就一直只能是叢林規則。這就是人類不斷茫然內鬥，走不出歷史輪迴陷阱的原因。即使是現在已經有極少部分人，因領先全人類感知到能量產生源頭而能緊握程序來構建新能量合作模式，由此使其掌握這個宇宙演繹本質核心展示的掌控世界的能量，現在實際已經能讓國家行為都成為他們的提線木偶，且其掌控機制尚未被人類絕大多數人認知。但由於這些少部分人類價值基礎立場，也還沒有矗立在宇宙程序本質上，所以還是在不斷窮追能量演繹幻象的物慾中，做着摧毀萬象存在與可持續的基本本質的事，即不斷破壞平衡製造亂象來尋求牟取物慾的機會。所以這些領先全人類的少部分人也不能悟透，他們對掌控欲的追逐，實質也是一種自殺行為。故此，這極少部分人極具對世局具有的干涉能量，本質上還只是目光短淺的掌控力。他們的思維模式，還是沒有擺脫“機關算盡太聰明卻反算了卿卿性命”的歷史窠臼，不能彰顯人類文明的未來而無能導引整個人類文明突破梗阻實現高級文明。人類至今有史以來，到處呈現的是，即使所有人都不希望發生的糟心事卻必然無可奈何地會發生，明知不對的做法也不得不去做，明知該選擇的正確道路，走起來就往往步履艱難，所有正事都不得不歪着辦........。總之萬事不暢而總是亂象叢生。現在整個人類仍然處在不斷加速自我毀滅的危機中。故而現在大家也近乎絕望地眼睜睜等着第三次世界大戰來臨而毫無辦法，只有祈禱天運不亡絕人類。而改變這一切的起點，就只能是從撬動與更新人類文明社會合作結構的底層思維模式之價值立場上開始，故而人類不得不必須儘快認知貫通宇宙全時空演繹的程序定質規律，否則人類將越來越快速自我毀滅。

當我有機會，才能通過無數實際實證的解剖，來向能平和對話對象，明晰程序定質規律無時不在左右每個人每時每刻命運的演繹機理及其與人類現在茫然時態的現實關聯。但如上次給聯合國秘書長的信所言，我自身的年老及還要為生活奔波等現實條件，都決定我沒有直接發聲告訴全世界關注此事的條件。而世局益危，所以，寄希望於聯合國，將我發在網絡上的文章，翻譯並刊登在所有能刊登的媒體上，最好能召開專題商討這個科學課題的聯合國大會，來推廣程序定質規律信息的傳遞。因為國家，是目前人類社會合作中最具推動能量的人類社會合作模式。我是誰，不重要。重要的是程序定質規律信息的傳遞。故不需要我再參與，只要聯合國能推動這個科學課題討論，使程序定質規律能進入人類關注的視野就行。人類智慧從來都從個體萌芽後生成於全人類合作模式中。這就是我給聯合國再次呈信的原因。
