致全球每一個人的信（4）：每個人都應推動聯合國立即開特別會商洽讓科學家警示呼籲能落實的自救方案

——再呼籲所有人都一起來推動聯合國立即召開全球特別緊急會議討論：只要人人都來努力去做好這樣一件事則相信人類就能整體覺醒而明晰宇宙與文明真相後即知人類能突破物形虛妄價值囚困的現實梗阻而實現永久和平

此信前有三次同樣以“致全球每一個人的信”為題發文，是因為看見一個能使全人類實現永久和平的文明方向，希望全人類關注甄別後一起越過心靈梗阻去開拓。現再又一次向全人類每一個人發出呼籲，是想為此請所有能看到此信的人幫助：將此信送到聯合國秘書長手中。或者送到全人類科學家與各國政治家和人類宗教領袖等人類精英手中，請他們行動起來做好一件事，即和全人類一起用各種方式推動聯合國立即召開特別大會，討論一個關及所有人面臨生死選擇的課題：以科學家為首的人類精英聯名簽署發給聯合國的呼籲信《全球人工智能紅線呼籲》（the Global Call for AI Red Lines）所需要的具體、明確、可以切實實施落實的紅線，只要能定位在宇宙本質承托萬象全時空演繹的底線上，才能真正切實有效地使生命與文明有了安全可靠的底線。而對於這個底線，我們現在的人類，是可以越過我們被“物慾”橫亙於心靈的梗阻來覺醒而看見的，並且是能夠沿着覺醒而就能明晰的通道，實現全人類團結一致而具體努力來徹底擺脫危機的。這通道也是我前幾次向全人類呼籲信中說的那條能實現全人類永久和平的通道。

我經過二十多年反覆觀察思考而相信，只要聯合國能循着本信提供的信息來召開這樣的特別大會，就能通過聯合國這個人類社會合作的大平台甄別出人類怎樣升級為高級文明的智慧，篩去人類內心虛妄“物慾”的迷霧，使人類看清被幻化的“物形”背後演繹真相。也即宇宙本質演繹的天理全貌真相：這能使人類一馬平川地簡約化透晰整個宇宙世界演繹規律，從而簡約化解析人類遇到的所有迷惑，實現全人類團結與和諧可持續合作、人人能輕鬆順暢幸福生活一生、使人類文明升級為高級文明的終極目標。為此這次本信簡約講三點：1、整個人類都實際已經陷入退有失敗之恐懼而進是死亡之深淵的危境中。聯合國特別會議是能夠擔當歷史生死轉折對話責任的平台，將沉溺於虛妄物慾的雜亂人心吸引歸攏，來提供人類思想大合作產生智慧的土壤，推動人類抬升文明維度來越過深淵而徹底擺脫危境。2、唯有回到宇宙本質演繹呈現的常識上審視，人類就能衝破心靈梗阻而使靈魂覺醒，明晰必須立即放下所有爭端和能夠怎樣放下所有爭端，就能跨越深淵實現自救，並獲得向神升級的福報。3、此路可行、且易行但也難行，而人類別無選擇必須先停下腳步看清方向：因為來自宇宙能量組合合作生成的人類，在認清並能遵循宇宙能量演繹本質之全時空底線承托支撐的科學規律之前，科技與經濟發展都不是推動文明走向光明的戰鼓，而是讓人類茫然不斷加速並明知會死亡還不得不狂奔的喪鐘。

2025年9月22日，NBC新聞報道，全球以科學家為首的200多名人類精英（據稱現在已經有500名連名簽署人）聯名簽署向全人類的呼籲信《全球人工智能紅線呼籲》（the Global Call for AI Red Lines）

依據科學界提供的關於人工智能發展現狀的信息，結合現在整個人類社會互斗互害的現實，人類應該很容易判斷，人類生命及其文明，都已經進入似乎很難擺脫的死亡倒計時賽道了。即誰都能預估到再繼續實施全力發展人工智能，人類基本上就是在走向自取滅亡的深淵。但誰都不敢停下而不得不全力去發展人工智能，因為人類社會始終沒有走出互斗互害的低級叢林文明陷阱，誰停下就會被挨刀。人類唯一的希望，就是能跨越前面的深淵。《全球人工智能紅線呼籲》（the Global Call for AI Red Lines）顯然是想讓全人類在墜入深淵之前先停下追逐競賽的腳步。這就需要先有一個能號召而引動全人類都停下腳步來駐足關注的平台，然後由這個平台繼續給出一個切實可以討論如何具體實施跨越深淵方案的課題，掀起全球大討論的高潮。在這樣全人類集中關注下的思想大集合合作中，就能滌除濁流，釐清思想路徑，升級人類智慧，得出清晰結論。再按照討論的結論來推廣實施具體方案。

人類社會合作模式所發出信息能迅速幾乎全球覆蓋的平台，顯然就是聯合國。因此，為此必須召開聯合國專題大會。本信就是要為推動聯合國召開這樣的特別專題大會作出說明，將《全球人工智能紅線呼籲》（the Global Call for AI Red Lines）中的安全保障紅線具體落實劃定的科學方向與具體方法，於此信中簡述。本信呼籲全人類一起催動聯合國立即刻不容緩召開這樣的特別會議有三個重要理由。

一是這事是關及全人類每一個人生死攸關且是具有緊急性、必要性、無可選擇性的人類世界裡目前最大的事。從人類發現和利用核能開始，人類推動科技來爭奪經濟優勢的賽道，就進入了隨時可能毀滅全人類的危境。但是啟動毀滅全人類的開關還只有這一個模式窗口，還只能掌握在極其狹小的範圍內。人工智能的出現，將打開無數個隨時毀滅全人類的開關模式窗口，且開關將越來越遍布性蔓延向人類社會的所有時空。所以，有任何人獨自冒出不想活的念頭，可能全人類都會在茫然中就陪葬了。人類生死之危，何止科學家們在《全球人工智能紅線呼籲》（the Global Call for AI Red Lines）中提到的那些外在的恐怖。從這點可以看出，人自古以來類總是不停地相互將對方視為敵人，實質上威脅人類成敗生死的真正敵人，從來都來自每個人自己的腦海里。由此人類的所有霸權與流氓行為，實質都是人類找不到能像日月星辰或者人體細胞那樣和諧可持續合作的辦法才不得不實施的行為。而這就使得本信發出有了希望。本信將再次明示有這敵人，就因人類在思維模式中，一直站在與動物同一價值判斷層次上，擺不脫瘋涌式對物形的虛幻價值追求的誘惑。所以，《全球人工智能紅線呼籲》（the Global Call for AI Red Lines），這根紅線，是應該定位在人類思維模式中的價值判斷站立基礎上的，是要促使人類抬升自己的價值判斷站立點來開拓能全新審視宇宙與世界的視角與視野，從而在思維模式上整體遠離這根紅線，才是人類生命底線與文明可持續發展的最根本保障。而現在人類文明約束人類越界的行為，都基本來自外在力量，即讓人類忌憚的強制力。當毀滅全人類的按鈕可以泛濫於人類腦海時，某個人的腦海里都能形成足以煽動毀滅全人類風暴的蝴蝶翅膀，這使得全人類被瞬間或不經意間被毀滅的危機無所不在，防不勝防..........。因此，沿着現在人類給社會規則劃紅線的任何方式，實際都不可能給人類生死存亡予以有效的保障。人類現在給人工智能劃的這根紅線，只能划進每個人的腦海里，才能有效。本信將提供一個如何具體實施能將這條保障人類生命安全的紅線清晰定位並植入人類腦海的實施綱要性方案，供全人類精英一起合作甄別。

二是整個人類的別無選擇性。必須要全面顛覆性從底層開始重構人類文明合作結構來抬升人類文明，人類才能越過面臨的死亡深淵，避免人類這場前危後急的毀滅性災難，使人類文明走向永久和平。故這是人類最重大的向哪裡走的課題，必須要由聯合國來擔當起歷史轉折樞紐平台的責任。

如果說自然界就是自然之神創造的，那麼在動物與神之間，就是人。赫爾利在《人類簡史》裡說，人類因為能共同相信一個故事，所以會比動物更善於合作，便創造了人類文明。這實質是因為，人比動物更多地從內心感受到神創造一切的神性，所以有人能從神創造一切使用的天理中摘取到了一些碎片，進行拼湊來編織故事。這樣的故事因含有天理成分，能讓其它人願意相信而合作。但人之爭在利。因為人類錯誤將物形這種宇宙本質真相幻化出來的幻形，當成產生利的價值的源頭資源，認識到帶來利的物形資源有限，就為爭物形資源而必然會要互斗互害。這是人類現在對互斗互害的基本“人理”故事的認識。這實質是人和動物站在相同的宇宙演繹位置，來觀察思考相互的價值關係，所以，做出的價值判斷，就擺不脫動物性。故而儘管人類能認識到只有合作才產生文明，但叢林規則一直是人類社會最基礎的底層規則。文明的本質特徵就是要讓一切都越來越明確清晰被定位而能形成序清度明的穩定可持續合作。叢林規則是通過互斗互害的弱肉強食來定位，但只能限於勉強做臨時定位，由此形成的合作顯然必會是易變而不穩定就不可持續的。故現在人類合作是從底層規則上，就是不符合人類文明要求與方向的。必須從底層上改造和升級，來重新構建人類社會合作模式。這就需要人類判斷一切的價值站立點，不能再站在和動物同一個基點上。因為站在這個基點能觀察到的視角與視野所呈現的風景，都是神造萬物和諧合作演繹，形成星辰日月同如人體細剖般一樣和諧可持續合作所使用的天理的部分碎片。站在這樣的位置上是看不到天理真相的全貌的。所以人類靠天理碎片拼湊的合作，總會在天理整體運行的天機中被擊碎，造成人類社會合作鏈接斷裂而不可持續。這就是有些國家的社會合作形態幾千年總是周期性反覆輪迴而整個人類世界也戰爭不斷，乃至輪迴來的第三次卻毀滅全人類的世界大戰，正被全人類感覺到已經在呼嘯奔來了的原因。現在的問題就是，人類如果不徹底擺脫動物性，還靠摘取天理碎片編故事合作的文明之路就到頭了。人類必須不能再像動物一樣，站在物形價值幻象視角來觀察判斷價值關聯關係，必須站在神的視角來了解這個世界演繹的天理真相全貌，讓人類的社會合作再不靠易於破碎的故事，而是循天理而得天機，在陽光真相下看清人類社會合作能和諧可持續的全貌。這便是當前人類面臨生死走向選擇中，人類正確選項：必須顛覆性從人類社會合作結構底層來重構人類社會合作結構模式，即從宇宙本質真相的底層價值站立立場來重構全新人類觀察思考的視角與視野，形成完全與神的視角與視野一致的人類思維模式，才能抬升人類文明，使得人類擺脫動物性低等互撕而完成神性可持續合作。

三是目前人類自然科學成果，已經足以實證這個宇宙自然的本質演繹規律是什麼。就差一個能將這個被人類動物性物形價值觀禁錮才視而不見的規律揭示出來並發聲波及全球的平台。這樣發出的宇宙本質演繹規律的真相之聲，才有震撼力。能將人類心靈從被動物性物形利益思維視角與視野禁錮的梗阻中震醒，使全人類對常伴身邊視而不見且用之不覺的貫穿宇宙全時空演繹的底層本質承托規律，清晰呈現在全人類面前，從而使人性覺醒升級，徹底擺脫動物性的物形價值禁錮牢籠，悟性即如神而能一馬平川地透析整個宇宙全時空演繹的天理真相全貌，從而簡約化明晰人類所有迷惑，抬升整個人類文明價值站立基礎，越過目前毀滅全人類的深淵，將現在茫然互斗互害的低級叢林文明，升級為可持續和諧合作的高級文明。而聯合國，就是一個將宇宙本質真相信息集中發出而能最大效益振動全人類的發聲平台。因此，聯合國的這個歷史責任，不可迴避，也不能迴避，更不應有任何理由迴避。

我基於在社會基層的遊歷視角多於一般人，而從各個不同方向接受到宇宙通過人類合作產生的文明成果而傳遞來的宇宙本質信息，恰巧能將人類能獲取的所有天理信息碎片拼接，認定已經看到宇宙本質演繹天理真相全貌。而在現在的人類叢林生態低級文明世界裡，因為我所處環境在叢林中的沼澤地帶，任何實在的真話與誠信都因必有足夠的份量而不可能在虛浮的沼澤中立穩，導致在這裡的任何人都不敢保證哪一步沒有走穩就陷落。故而這樣時刻要掙扎的環境，誰也不敢講真話但又不想講假話而就只能講空話或者乾脆躺平來防止在沼澤中下沉。人們用互斗互害方式拿別人墊背也成為日常常態。我因從不會為自己遇到什麼不公而鬱抑，就自然會在扼腕嘆息人人纏鬥之餘，一直思考人類的合作，為什麼不能像日月星辰一樣和諧同行，或者像人類自身細胞一樣和諧可持續合作組合成人類身體而有了熠熠生輝出人的生命活力。也許就是這樣的人生履歷沿革，能催動我的思維視角去覺察到宇宙本質大象無形且畢現萬千於毫端的關聯性。所以認為將自己看到能益於全人類和平的努力方向的信息，找個能好好安全說話的平台全部傳遞出去交給全人類甄別，這已是責任。但二十幾年努力，鑑於環境和自身條件，還是沒有能有效發聲的通道。而因為這樣的信息，具有從社會現有合作結構底層開始全面顛覆人類思維價值邏輯體系的特徵，成為與現在人類痼化思維習慣方向不一致而令人完全陌生就必會牴觸的一類信息。因此這樣的信息傳遞，因必須具有直擊社會合作結構底層的發力才會有效。而我在社會基層的社會地勢太低且個人發聲傳遞時刻有限，就很難有合適的對接社會的端口。因看到全人類風雲詭譎翻湧，自認為，苟利蒼生生死矣，豈因福禍避趨之。便從前幾年其就想辦法向聯合國寫信，到托朋友幫助在網絡發表文章，來傳遞我認為是來自宇宙與人類文明成果綜合而對實現人類永久和平有利的重要信息。我最近發表在網絡的文章有《覽要簡說滿灌人類所知覺的整個宇宙時空而主宰人類一切的宇宙本質底層構架之程序定質規律綱要要點》、《人類暢控萬事的唯一科學韁繩是貫通宇宙能量全時空演繹的程序定質規律》、《站在宇宙視角才能跳出人類現有思維模式禁錮而升維看清文明本質與未來走向》、《川普掀開制度面紗後的人類請由此索求文明真相來合作鑄就人類全面和平》、《知宇宙真相才能見一條通向人人幸福一生與世界永久和平之路與努力方向》（依據這裡的中文題目應該在網絡上可以搜索到這些文章）.......。我再寫此信呼籲大家一起催動聯合國召開特別大會，除了世界危局的人類正茫然毀滅性狂奔中，全球科學家為首的人類精英已經發出了《全球人工智能紅線呼籲》（the Global Call for AI Red Lines）外，更因為科學家這條紅線只能劃在人類價值站立基礎上來促使人類抬升自己的價值站立基礎而脫離動物性物質價值判斷體系，才能真實有效。而且我從宇宙本質演繹天理真相全貌的視角看到，這也是一條讓整個人類徹底脫離叢林苦難走上永久和平之路，且有具體實施方案。所以在這次信中，特意在此寫下我獲得這樣信息的基本背景情況，來釋明我為什麼一直沒有向全人類說、而現在又必須用這種方式來說的原因。以便所有能接受到本信信息的人能理解，這或許真的就是一次機會，即人類以此為引題來實現大合作來脫離苦難與毀滅性災難。我相信，凡能這樣理解我寫信想法的人，都能竭力來傳遞本信信息。只要能為此盡力，就是在建樹人生無量功德。

本信將在第二部分，就希望聯合國大會討論具體課題，提供一個明確可以抓得住、落實得了的綱領與路徑概要及其人類只能走向這個方向的理由。故而鑑於本信課題，屬於需要從人類生命基本條件的宇宙本質底層承托邏輯上從新全新定位人類所有文明層面，涉及全人類及其文明到每個人具體生活細節的全覆蓋面，請求聯合國召開的這次大會，應是極其特別的大會。邀請參加會議的，應包括各國政要、頂尖科學家、世界大宗教領袖。因為依據我綜合的信息結論，整個人類不論在做什麼，實質都是在按照宇宙本質演繹天理真相規律在做同一件事。所有人因都來自宇宙能量合作組合，故囿於天理也只能且只會做同一件事。正因為人類所能認知和覺知的所有對象演繹本質都屬於同一回事，所以宇宙所有演繹呈現給人類的對象包括人體及其健康等，才能與人類按照這同一性質能量演繹通道做能量交換而被人類知覺與認知。只有當所有人都明白，人類所在的宇宙時空賦予人類的能力，可以表象不同，但殊途同歸，只能按照同一種模式來做事，且遵從了這同一種模式做事，就成功，就可持續。否則，就失敗，就必然滅亡且最後只能不斷加速滅亡。那麼，人類就不會瞎折騰了，就知道人類安全底線的紅線應該劃在哪裡，怎麼劃才能成為人類有效自保安全的保障。

2、唯有回到宇宙本質演繹呈現的常識上審視，人類就能衝破心靈梗阻而使靈魂覺醒。明晰必須立即放下所有爭端和能夠怎樣放下所有爭端，就能跨越深淵實現自救，並獲得向神升級的福報。

依據我遊歷收到的信息綜合，唯一能描繪人類所在宇宙能量界面的宇宙能量演繹本質天理真相全貌的，就是貫穿這個宇宙能量演繹界面全時空的底線承托規律，我將之命名為程序定質規律，並為此寫了上述第一部分列示的系列文章來簡要闡述（因為我認為程序定質規律是顛覆性重構整個人類文明成果的全時空基礎底線規律，所以我只能簡要闡述進入這個規律的科學寶藏大門的方向與輪廓，而其餘的則需要人類共同合作甄別後去打開大門予以開拓）。簡而言就是，被人類命名為物質的物形認知對象，並不是宇宙本質的代表，而是宇宙本質真相演繹幻化出來的幻形表象之一。物形對人類唯一歷史作用就是對接人類五官感受，成為引動人類追求價值實現而由人性奔赴接近神性的對接接口。因此物形價值只是價值虛妄雜亂的表象，不是價值產生源頭與實現的本體真相。宇宙能量即被人類初步命名為量子的本質，在能夠被人類揭示前，人類必須認識到，因為宇宙能量運動產生了程序才有了人類面臨的一切。故而程序就是人類面臨一切的起點，即人類所有事務的第一性原理起源源頭。簡說即人類面對的所呈現出能量演繹的萬象表現，就是能量運動生程序而有天機動來編織程序合作模式，才形成能量運動程序組合成程序編程合作模式而呈現相對靜態幻形的表象。這裡就包括物形幻象。人類僅因被拘泥於五官交易能量運動模式的限制，才將認知對象從表象幻形層面分為物質與意識而爭論到今天。而今天人類基於合作，推進了認知從橫向與縱向全方位的定位甄別，才取得了現在所有的自然與社會探索成果。而所有人類文明成果都越來越清晰能實證宇宙本質真相是，這個世界本質，既不是物質的，也不是意識的，而是程序的。人類所遇到的一切，從量子振動到天地星辰萬象物形及其被人類摘取真相全貌中拼接為片段的數理化等成果，乃至人類的氏族、國家、公司、政黨、文化、思維模式等等及其相互作用於能量交換模式，都是能量遵從程序運動周延但不閉環的方式編織組合的動態程序平衡合作模式。簡單說，一切都是宇宙能量運動產生的本質為程序動態平衡合作組合即程序化的幻形，故而普朗克才說出了這個世界除了量子振動其實什麼都不存在的話。由此這個宇宙世界，人類遇到的所有問題，本質都是程序衝突與否的問題，即民間俗語所稱的合不合適的問題。人類唯一會做與唯一能做且一直在摸索着學着做的事，就是抓程序、作程序編程組合程序化模式、求合作程序動態平衡這一件事。可以簡稱為抓程序、作模式、求平衡九個字。現在有些人類在摸索中，先領悟到前六個字，所以創造了現代文明並成為現在公認領先全人類文明的民族或群體。但囿於人類五官感受使得人類價值判斷站立點仍然站立在宇宙本質演繹出來的雜亂幻象表層上即物形幻象上，所以讓人類的思維模式所產生的思想與意識能量，總是漂浮在物慾之虛幻洪流表層隨波逐流，使得人類社會合作無法踏實在程序的動態平衡之宇宙本質底線上，才形成程序合作必然被虛浮的物形洪流衝散失衡，使得合作鏈接斷裂產生程序衝突。小到爾虞我詐，大到你死我活的戰爭........。唯有人類用理智的神悟認知宇宙本質，突破動物性五官被物形幻象價值的禁錮，有了知道宇宙本質真相九字全貌而將價值判斷能力建立在宇宙本質天理真相之上的價值觀，才能有科學的社會觀與人生觀。才能明白做任何事，程序是唯一可落實價值的抓手，做程序合作模式是想做成事而實現價值的基本條件，程序組合合作的動態平衡，才是價值完全實現並有可持續性的唯一標準。人類有史以來有面臨的危機，核心主線就是人類社會合作鏈接產生的合作能量，相對與人類科學探索取得的物形等自然能量程序合作產生的能量而言，極其微弱且不穩定，即人類社會合作能量支撐不了人類文明創造的自然能量的合作能量，兩個能量界面之間失衡而衝突，就轉形幻化為人與人之間的衝突。所以和平時態反覆崩塌，戰爭反覆輪迴，到了現在隨着AI人工智能的出現，人類社會合作不僅會被壓垮還面臨徹底被毀滅。這就是人類必須停下所有一切自認為重要的事，來全力團結一致合作，認真甄別宇宙本質規律而先完成構建人類和諧可持續合作模式這個史無前例的社會合作工程，才能保障人類基本安全的原因。

完成人類按照宇宙本質天理真相演繹規律構建的人類社會和諧可持續合作歷史工程，人類就徹底擺脫動物性茫然互斗互害歷史而升級為神性本體，人類文明就升級為宇宙文明。這就是人類今天學習按照能與宇宙本質和諧共振來做事的努力，將給每個人及其子孫帶來的最大福報。

Therefore, this process is the starting point for everything humanity faces—the first principle and origin of all human affairs.In short, the myriad manifestations of energy evolution that humanity encounters are the result of energy movement generating programs. These conflicts range from petty deception to life-or-death wars….Only when humanity uses rational enlightenment to understand the essence of the universe, breaking free from the constraints of animalistic senses and the illusory value of material forms, and developing a value system that understands the complete truth of the universe and bases value judgments on the fundamental principles of the universe (expressed in nine Chinese characters), can we have a scientific social and philosophical outlook on life. Only then can we understand that in doing anything, process is the only way to realize value, and that a collaborative process model is the fundamental condition for accomplishing tasks and realizing value. The dynamic balance of collaborative processes is the only standard for the complete realization and sustainability of value.Throughout human history, humanity has faced crises, the core of which lies in the fact that the cooperative energy generated by social collaboration is extremely weak and unstable compared to the energy generated by the natural energy processes—such as the physical forms and materials discovered through scientific exploration. In other words, the cooperative energy of human society cannot support the cooperative energy of the natural energy created by human civilization. This imbalance and conflict between the two energy interfaces manifests as conflict between people. Therefore, peacetime repeatedly collapses, and wars repeatedly circulate. Now, with the emergence of AI, human social cooperation not only faces collapse but also faces complete destruction.This is why humanity must stop everything it deems important and unite in full cooperation to carefully discern the essential laws of the universe and first complete this unprecedented social cooperation project of building a harmonious and sustainable cooperative model for humanity in order to guarantee basic human security.
