CNN11月7日消息，美国最高法院大法官塞缪尔·阿利托法官下令美国宾夕法尼亚州所有县委员将选举日当晚8点后收到的选票分开，并表示如果选票被统计，它们将被单独计算。

这一命令与宾夕法尼亚州务卿已经发布的指导意见一致。

此前，共和党人在起诉书中要求美国最高法院对宾夕法尼亚州的选票进行分隔，不统计选举日后收到的选票。

起诉中称，“法院应该下令，以便被告即各选区选举委员会登记、分隔并针对在选举日后到截止日之前到达的、通过邮寄收到或非现场投出的选票不采取任何行动，但此前，宾夕法尼亚州最高法院延长了最后期限。”还要求美国最高法院裁决这些选票的合法性。

两位证人现身指证出该州存在选举舞弊现象。其中一位名叫斯托克的老妇人证实，她去投票的时候被告知已经投过了，有人盗用了她的名字、以邮寄方式已经投了票。她说：“我的室友也被冒名顶替了。”

•【滥用邮寄选票】

内州前总检察长拉沙特表示，直到当天，共和党人都没能获准监督选票上的签名是否属实。他说：“这些天我们收到很多诡异的报告，有去世的人投票，还有数万人虽然早就不在内华达州居住，但却被当作本地人投票。“民主党人滥用邮寄选票”，有的选民一个人就收到18张选票。

【共和党联邦议员力挺川普：不容许选举欺诈】

美国众议院共和党领袖麦卡锡、共和党资深参议员格雷厄姆和克鲁兹都发声力挺川普总统。

•麦卡锡表示，川普总统已经赢得了选举，共和党支持者绝不容许选举欺诈的发生。他呼吁所有人不要沉默，要团结一心，“抵制选举欺诈在我们眼前发生。就算您不是共和党的支持者，但如果您相信美国的投票程序，请和我们一起来制止欺诈！”他表示共和党人正努力确保合法选票得到准确的计算。
