美國黑人又上街了
沒有法治， 就沒有正義！ 沒有了正義，也就沒有和平！
最近幾天，又一起非裔男子被警察槍擊的事件在美國發生，再度點燃了美國民眾的怒火。威斯康星州基諾沙當晚火光沖天，抗議者們高喊着“沒有正義就沒有和平”。
黑人領袖又上街了， 口號仍然是 沒有正義，就沒有和平！ 
據說嫌疑犯手中只有一把小刀！？ 無論是 大刀， 小刀 都是抗拒 法律， 拒絕上法庭！ 拒絕順從，屈服於國家法律！拒絕遵紀守法，破壞 法治， 這才是問題的根本。

但是， 沒有法治 就沒有 正義！ 遵紀守法， 維護法治 是 正義的 基礎！所以， 沒有法治， 就沒有正義！ 也就沒有；了正義，就沒有和平！   一個社會的安定團結一切都要從 法治 開始，遵紀守法，屈服於國家法律， 才能夠維護和平。 

拜登立馬發布聲明敦促對此案件進行“立即、全面和透明的調查”，並強調必須追究涉事警察的責任。他還表示，美國必須解決系統性的種族主義的問題。當然， 立即、全面和透明的調查 是必須的， 但是，他把問題 引向 美國有系統性的種族主義的問題。
這是在 煽風點火， 分裂美國！
美國不是系統性的種族主義的問題。 而是， 一些特權種族， 系統性的，全面的， 拒絕順從規則，抗拒法律！ 系統性的蔑視與踐踏美國法律與司法！系統性的破壞 美國文明社會 的 法治體系， 法治程序。

破壞了法治，當然 就沒有正義！ 當然正義就無從談起，就有了破壞和平的理由！
美國社會的根本問題， 不是 系統性的種族主義問題。而是， 一部分特權 種族 系統性的全面地凌駕於 美國法律法規之上！系統性的違法亂紀！
到底是非洲裔美國人 太聰明， 極端的聰明！？還是文明社會 太愚蠢！？他們的口號 “沒有正義沒有和平！”就那麼有 號召力， 鼓動性， 感召力，一呼百應！ 文明社會為什麼看問題總是不能夠追根求源，分析問題是源頭，和問題的本質？ 往往總是看問題的結果， 只是看結果（誰被打死了，什麼膚色）？ 為什麼 “沒有法治， 就沒有正義！” 就沒有能夠成為口號呢？
真是讓我 百思不得其解！ 怎麼說美國現在仍然是一個法治國家呀

一個現代化的文明法治社會， 它的“正義”是需要通過 街頭暴力，打砸搶偷燒，殺人放火來實現的嗎？文明社會的正義 為什麼不能夠通過法治的程序，來實現呢？為什麼拒絕上法庭！ 拒絕順從，屈服於國家法律！拒絕遵紀守法，破壞法治，就那樣深得人心呢！？  一呼百應， 能夠讓民主黨，讓拜登瞬間 下跪， 匍匐在地！
這是一種什麼力量， 如此強大！？

Black Americans took to the streets again

Without the rule of law, there can be no justice! Take away justice, and there will be no peace!

In recent days, another African-American man has been shot by police in the United States, reigniting public anger. In Kenosha, Wisconsin, protesters chanted "No justice, no peace" as flames blazed through the night.

Black leaders took to the streets again, with the same slogan: "No justice, no peace!"

The suspect is said to have only a knife in his hand! ? Both the broadsword and the knife defy the law and refuse to go to court! Refuse to obey, submit to the laws of the land! Refusing to obey the law and undermining the rule of law is the root of the problem.

But there can be no justice without the rule of law! To abide by the law and uphold the rule of law is the basis of justice! Therefore, without the rule of law, there is no justice! There is no; Where there is justice, there is no peace! The stability and unity of a society must begin with the rule of law, observance of laws, and submission to the laws of the state. Only in this way can peace be maintained.

Biden immediately issued a statement urging an "immediate, full and transparent investigation" into the case and stressing the need to hold the police officers accountable. He also said the United States must address systemic racism. Of course, an immediate, comprehensive and transparent investigation is needed, but he has directed the question to systemic racism in the United States.

This is fanning the flames and dividing America!

America is not a problem of systemic racism. Instead, some privileged race, systematic, comprehensive, refusing to conform to the rules, resisting the law! Systematic contempt and trampling on American law and justice! The systematic destruction of the American civilized society's rule of law system, the rule of law process.

If you break the rule of law, then of course there is no justice! Of course there is no justice, there is a reason to destroy the peace!

The fundamental problem in American society is not systemic racism. Instead, a group of privileged RACES systematically and comprehensively override the laws and regulations of the United States! Systematic violation of the law and discipline!

African Americans are too smart, too smart! ? Or is civilization stupid! ? Their slogan "No justice, no peace!" So has the appeal, the agitation, the appeal, one hundred callings! Why is it that a civilized society is always unable to find the root of a problem and analyze the source of the problem and the essence of the problem? Always look at the results, just the results (who was killed, what color)? Why "No rule of law, no justice!" Can't it become a slogan?

It's really scratching my head! The United States is still a country ruled by law

A modern civilized society under the rule of law, its "justice" is to be achieved through street violence, beating, smashing, looting, stealing, killing and arson? Why can't justice in a civilized society be achieved through the process of the rule of law? Why refuse to go to court! Refuse to obey, submit to the laws of the land! To refuse to obey the law, to destroy the rule of law, is that popular! ? It's gonna make the Democrats, it's gonna make Joe Biden drop to his knees!
