CNN11月7日消息，美國最高法院大法官塞繆爾·阿利托法官下令美國賓夕法尼亞州所有縣委員將選舉日當晚8點後收到的選票分開，並表示如果選票被統計，它們將被單獨計算。

這一命令與賓夕法尼亞州務卿已經發布的指導意見一致。

此前，共和黨人在起訴書中要求美國最高法院對賓夕法尼亞州的選票進行分隔，不統計選舉日後收到的選票。

起訴中稱，“法院應該下令，以便被告即各選區選舉委員會登記、分隔並針對在選舉日後到截止日之前到達的、通過郵寄收到或非現場投出的選票不採取任何行動，但此前，賓夕法尼亞州最高法院延長了最後期限。”還要求美國最高法院裁決這些選票的合法性。

兩位證人現身指證出該州存在選舉舞弊現象。其中一位名叫斯托克的老婦人證實，她去投票的時候被告知已經投過了，有人盜用了她的名字、以郵寄方式已經投了票。她說：“我的室友也被冒名頂替了。”

•【濫用郵寄選票】

內州前總檢察長拉沙特表示，直到當天，共和黨人都沒能獲准監督選票上的簽名是否屬實。他說：“這些天我們收到很多詭異的報告，有去世的人投票，還有數萬人雖然早就不在內華達州居住，但卻被當作本地人投票。“民主黨人濫用郵寄選票”，有的選民一個人就收到18張選票。

【共和黨聯邦議員力挺川普：不容許選舉欺詐】

美國眾議院共和黨領袖麥卡錫、共和黨資深參議員格雷厄姆和克魯茲都發聲力挺川普總統。

•麥卡錫表示，川普總統已經贏得了選舉，共和黨支持者絕不容許選舉欺詐的發生。他呼籲所有人不要沉默，要團結一心，“抵制選舉欺詐在我們眼前發生。就算您不是共和黨的支持者，但如果您相信美國的投票程序，請和我們一起來制止欺詐！”他表示共和黨人正努力確保合法選票得到準確的計算。
