致全球每一个人的信（4）：每个人都应推动联合国立即开特别会商洽让科学家警示呼吁能落实的自救方案

——再呼吁所有人都一起来推动联合国立即召开全球特别紧急会议讨论：只要人人都来努力去做好这样一件事则相信人类就能整体觉醒而明晰宇宙与文明真相后即知人类能突破物形虚妄价值囚困的现实梗阻而实现永久和平

此信前有三次同样以“致全球每一个人的信”为题发文，是因为看见一个能使全人类实现永久和平的文明方向，希望全人类关注甄别后一起越过心灵梗阻去开拓。现再又一次向全人类每一个人发出呼吁，是想为此请所有能看到此信的人帮助：将此信送到联合国秘书长手中。或者送到全人类科学家与各国政治家和人类宗教领袖等人类精英手中，请他们行动起来做好一件事，即和全人类一起用各种方式推动联合国立即召开特别大会，讨论一个关及所有人面临生死选择的课题：以科学家为首的人类精英联名签署发给联合国的呼吁信《全球人工智能红线呼吁》（the Global Call for AI Red Lines）所需要的具体、明确、可以切实实施落实的红线，只要能定位在宇宙本质承托万象全时空演绎的底线上，才能真正切实有效地使生命与文明有了安全可靠的底线。而对于这个底线，我们现在的人类，是可以越过我们被“物欲”横亘于心灵的梗阻来觉醒而看见的，并且是能够沿着觉醒而就能明晰的通道，实现全人类团结一致而具体努力来彻底摆脱危机的。这通道也是我前几次向全人类呼吁信中说的那条能实现全人类永久和平的通道。

我经过二十多年反复观察思考而相信，只要联合国能循着本信提供的信息来召开这样的特别大会，就能通过联合国这个人类社会合作的大平台甄别出人类怎样升级为高级文明的智慧，筛去人类内心虚妄“物欲”的迷雾，使人类看清被幻化的“物形”背后演绎真相。也即宇宙本质演绎的天理全貌真相：这能使人类一马平川地简约化透晰整个宇宙世界演绎规律，从而简约化解析人类遇到的所有迷惑，实现全人类团结与和谐可持续合作、人人能轻松顺畅幸福生活一生、使人类文明升级为高级文明的终极目标。为此这次本信简约讲三点：1、整个人类都实际已经陷入退有失败之恐惧而进是死亡之深渊的危境中。联合国特别会议是能够担当历史生死转折对话责任的平台，将沉溺于虚妄物欲的杂乱人心吸引归拢，来提供人类思想大合作产生智慧的土壤，推动人类抬升文明维度来越过深渊而彻底摆脱危境。2、唯有回到宇宙本质演绎呈现的常识上审视，人类就能冲破心灵梗阻而使灵魂觉醒，明晰必须立即放下所有争端和能够怎样放下所有争端，就能跨越深渊实现自救，并获得向神升级的福报。3、此路可行、且易行但也难行，而人类别无选择必须先停下脚步看清方向：因为来自宇宙能量组合合作生成的人类，在认清并能遵循宇宙能量演绎本质之全时空底线承托支撑的科学规律之前，科技与经济发展都不是推动文明走向光明的战鼓，而是让人类茫然不断加速并明知会死亡还不得不狂奔的丧钟。

2025年9月22日，NBC新闻报道，全球以科学家为首的200多名人类精英（据称现在已经有500名连名签署人）联名签署向全人类的呼吁信《全球人工智能红线呼吁》（the Global Call for AI Red Lines）

依据科学界提供的关于人工智能发展现状的信息，结合现在整个人类社会互斗互害的现实，人类应该很容易判断，人类生命及其文明，都已经进入似乎很难摆脱的死亡倒计时赛道了。即谁都能预估到再继续实施全力发展人工智能，人类基本上就是在走向自取灭亡的深渊。但谁都不敢停下而不得不全力去发展人工智能，因为人类社会始终没有走出互斗互害的低级丛林文明陷阱，谁停下就会被挨刀。人类唯一的希望，就是能跨越前面的深渊。《全球人工智能红线呼吁》（the Global Call for AI Red Lines）显然是想让全人类在坠入深渊之前先停下追逐竞赛的脚步。这就需要先有一个能号召而引动全人类都停下脚步来驻足关注的平台，然后由这个平台继续给出一个切实可以讨论如何具体实施跨越深渊方案的课题，掀起全球大讨论的高潮。在这样全人类集中关注下的思想大集合合作中，就能涤除浊流，厘清思想路径，升级人类智慧，得出清晰结论。再按照讨论的结论来推广实施具体方案。

人类社会合作模式所发出信息能迅速几乎全球覆盖的平台，显然就是联合国。因此，为此必须召开联合国专题大会。本信就是要为推动联合国召开这样的特别专题大会作出说明，将《全球人工智能红线呼吁》（the Global Call for AI Red Lines）中的安全保障红线具体落实划定的科学方向与具体方法，于此信中简述。本信呼吁全人类一起催动联合国立即刻不容缓召开这样的特别会议有三个重要理由。

一是这事是关及全人类每一个人生死攸关且是具有紧急性、必要性、无可选择性的人类世界里目前最大的事。从人类发现和利用核能开始，人类推动科技来争夺经济优势的赛道，就进入了随时可能毁灭全人类的危境。但是启动毁灭全人类的开关还只有这一个模式窗口，还只能掌握在极其狭小的范围内。人工智能的出现，将打开无数个随时毁灭全人类的开关模式窗口，且开关将越来越遍布性蔓延向人类社会的所有时空。所以，有任何人独自冒出不想活的念头，可能全人类都会在茫然中就陪葬了。人类生死之危，何止科学家们在《全球人工智能红线呼吁》（the Global Call for AI Red Lines）中提到的那些外在的恐怖。从这点可以看出，人自古以来类总是不停地相互将对方视为敌人，实质上威胁人类成败生死的真正敌人，从来都来自每个人自己的脑海里。由此人类的所有霸权与流氓行为，实质都是人类找不到能像日月星辰或者人体细胞那样和谐可持续合作的办法才不得不实施的行为。而这就使得本信发出有了希望。本信将再次明示有这敌人，就因人类在思维模式中，一直站在与动物同一价值判断层次上，摆不脱疯涌式对物形的虚幻价值追求的诱惑。所以，《全球人工智能红线呼吁》（the Global Call for AI Red Lines），这根红线，是应该定位在人类思维模式中的价值判断站立基础上的，是要促使人类抬升自己的价值判断站立点来开拓能全新审视宇宙与世界的视角与视野，从而在思维模式上整体远离这根红线，才是人类生命底线与文明可持续发展的最根本保障。而现在人类文明约束人类越界的行为，都基本来自外在力量，即让人类忌惮的强制力。当毁灭全人类的按钮可以泛滥于人类脑海时，某个人的脑海里都能形成足以煽动毁灭全人类风暴的蝴蝶翅膀，这使得全人类被瞬间或不经意间被毁灭的危机无所不在，防不胜防..........。因此，沿着现在人类给社会规则划红线的任何方式，实际都不可能给人类生死存亡予以有效的保障。人类现在给人工智能划的这根红线，只能划进每个人的脑海里，才能有效。本信将提供一个如何具体实施能将这条保障人类生命安全的红线清晰定位并植入人类脑海的实施纲要性方案，供全人类精英一起合作甄别。

二是整个人类的别无选择性。必须要全面颠覆性从底层开始重构人类文明合作结构来抬升人类文明，人类才能越过面临的死亡深渊，避免人类这场前危后急的毁灭性灾难，使人类文明走向永久和平。故这是人类最重大的向哪里走的课题，必须要由联合国来担当起历史转折枢纽平台的责任。

如果说自然界就是自然之神创造的，那么在动物与神之间，就是人。赫尔利在《人类简史》里说，人类因为能共同相信一个故事，所以会比动物更善于合作，便创造了人类文明。这实质是因为，人比动物更多地从内心感受到神创造一切的神性，所以有人能从神创造一切使用的天理中摘取到了一些碎片，进行拼凑来编织故事。这样的故事因含有天理成分，能让其它人愿意相信而合作。但人之争在利。因为人类错误将物形这种宇宙本质真相幻化出来的幻形，当成产生利的价值的源头资源，认识到带来利的物形资源有限，就为争物形资源而必然会要互斗互害。这是人类现在对互斗互害的基本“人理”故事的认识。这实质是人和动物站在相同的宇宙演绎位置，来观察思考相互的价值关系，所以，做出的价值判断，就摆不脱动物性。故而尽管人类能认识到只有合作才产生文明，但丛林规则一直是人类社会最基础的底层规则。文明的本质特征就是要让一切都越来越明确清晰被定位而能形成序清度明的稳定可持续合作。丛林规则是通过互斗互害的弱肉强食来定位，但只能限于勉强做临时定位，由此形成的合作显然必会是易变而不稳定就不可持续的。故现在人类合作是从底层规则上，就是不符合人类文明要求与方向的。必须从底层上改造和升级，来重新构建人类社会合作模式。这就需要人类判断一切的价值站立点，不能再站在和动物同一个基点上。因为站在这个基点能观察到的视角与视野所呈现的风景，都是神造万物和谐合作演绎，形成星辰日月同如人体细剖般一样和谐可持续合作所使用的天理的部分碎片。站在这样的位置上是看不到天理真相的全貌的。所以人类靠天理碎片拼凑的合作，总会在天理整体运行的天机中被击碎，造成人类社会合作链接断裂而不可持续。这就是有些国家的社会合作形态几千年总是周期性反复轮回而整个人类世界也战争不断，乃至轮回来的第三次却毁灭全人类的世界大战，正被全人类感觉到已经在呼啸奔来了的原因。现在的问题就是，人类如果不彻底摆脱动物性，还靠摘取天理碎片编故事合作的文明之路就到头了。人类必须不能再像动物一样，站在物形价值幻象视角来观察判断价值关联关系，必须站在神的视角来了解这个世界演绎的天理真相全貌，让人类的社会合作再不靠易于破碎的故事，而是循天理而得天机，在阳光真相下看清人类社会合作能和谐可持续的全貌。这便是当前人类面临生死走向选择中，人类正确选项：必须颠覆性从人类社会合作结构底层来重构人类社会合作结构模式，即从宇宙本质真相的底层价值站立立场来重构全新人类观察思考的视角与视野，形成完全与神的视角与视野一致的人类思维模式，才能抬升人类文明，使得人类摆脱动物性低等互撕而完成神性可持续合作。

三是目前人类自然科学成果，已经足以实证这个宇宙自然的本质演绎规律是什么。就差一个能将这个被人类动物性物形价值观禁锢才视而不见的规律揭示出来并发声波及全球的平台。这样发出的宇宙本质演绎规律的真相之声，才有震撼力。能将人类心灵从被动物性物形利益思维视角与视野禁锢的梗阻中震醒，使全人类对常伴身边视而不见且用之不觉的贯穿宇宙全时空演绎的底层本质承托规律，清晰呈现在全人类面前，从而使人性觉醒升级，彻底摆脱动物性的物形价值禁锢牢笼，悟性即如神而能一马平川地透析整个宇宙全时空演绎的天理真相全貌，从而简约化明晰人类所有迷惑，抬升整个人类文明价值站立基础，越过目前毁灭全人类的深渊，将现在茫然互斗互害的低级丛林文明，升级为可持续和谐合作的高级文明。而联合国，就是一个将宇宙本质真相信息集中发出而能最大效益振动全人类的发声平台。因此，联合国的这个历史责任，不可回避，也不能回避，更不应有任何理由回避。

我基于在社会基层的游历视角多于一般人，而从各个不同方向接受到宇宙通过人类合作产生的文明成果而传递来的宇宙本质信息，恰巧能将人类能获取的所有天理信息碎片拼接，认定已经看到宇宙本质演绎天理真相全貌。而在现在的人类丛林生态低级文明世界里，因为我所处环境在丛林中的沼泽地带，任何实在的真话与诚信都因必有足够的份量而不可能在虚浮的沼泽中立稳，导致在这里的任何人都不敢保证哪一步没有走稳就陷落。故而这样时刻要挣扎的环境，谁也不敢讲真话但又不想讲假话而就只能讲空话或者干脆躺平来防止在沼泽中下沉。人们用互斗互害方式拿别人垫背也成为日常常态。我因从不会为自己遇到什么不公而郁抑，就自然会在扼腕叹息人人缠斗之余，一直思考人类的合作，为什么不能像日月星辰一样和谐同行，或者像人类自身细胞一样和谐可持续合作组合成人类身体而有了熠熠生辉出人的生命活力。也许就是这样的人生履历沿革，能催动我的思维视角去觉察到宇宙本质大象无形且毕现万千于毫端的关联性。所以认为将自己看到能益于全人类和平的努力方向的信息，找个能好好安全说话的平台全部传递出去交给全人类甄别，这已是责任。但二十几年努力，鉴于环境和自身条件，还是没有能有效发声的通道。而因为这样的信息，具有从社会现有合作结构底层开始全面颠覆人类思维价值逻辑体系的特征，成为与现在人类痼化思维习惯方向不一致而令人完全陌生就必会抵触的一类信息。因此这样的信息传递，因必须具有直击社会合作结构底层的发力才会有效。而我在社会基层的社会地势太低且个人发声传递时刻有限，就很难有合适的对接社会的端口。因看到全人类风云诡谲翻涌，自认为，苟利苍生生死矣，岂因福祸避趋之。便从前几年其就想办法向联合国写信，到托朋友帮助在网络发表文章，来传递我认为是来自宇宙与人类文明成果综合而对实现人类永久和平有利的重要信息。我最近发表在网络的文章有《览要简说满灌人类所知觉的整个宇宙时空而主宰人类一切的宇宙本质底层构架之程序定质规律纲要要点》、《人类畅控万事的唯一科学缰绳是贯通宇宙能量全时空演绎的程序定质规律》、《站在宇宙视角才能跳出人类现有思维模式禁锢而升维看清文明本质与未来走向》、《川普掀开制度面纱后的人类请由此索求文明真相来合作铸就人类全面和平》、《知宇宙真相才能见一条通向人人幸福一生与世界永久和平之路与努力方向》（依据这里的中文题目应该在网络上可以搜索到这些文章）.......。我再写此信呼吁大家一起催动联合国召开特别大会，除了世界危局的人类正茫然毁灭性狂奔中，全球科学家为首的人类精英已经发出了《全球人工智能红线呼吁》（the Global Call for AI Red Lines）外，更因为科学家这条红线只能划在人类价值站立基础上来促使人类抬升自己的价值站立基础而脱离动物性物质价值判断体系，才能真实有效。而且我从宇宙本质演绎天理真相全貌的视角看到，这也是一条让整个人类彻底脱离丛林苦难走上永久和平之路，且有具体实施方案。所以在这次信中，特意在此写下我获得这样信息的基本背景情况，来释明我为什么一直没有向全人类说、而现在又必须用这种方式来说的原因。以便所有能接受到本信信息的人能理解，这或许真的就是一次机会，即人类以此为引题来实现大合作来脱离苦难与毁灭性灾难。我相信，凡能这样理解我写信想法的人，都能竭力来传递本信信息。只要能为此尽力，就是在建树人生无量功德。

本信将在第二部分，就希望联合国大会讨论具体课题，提供一个明确可以抓得住、落实得了的纲领与路径概要及其人类只能走向这个方向的理由。故而鉴于本信课题，属于需要从人类生命基本条件的宇宙本质底层承托逻辑上从新全新定位人类所有文明层面，涉及全人类及其文明到每个人具体生活细节的全覆盖面，请求联合国召开的这次大会，应是极其特别的大会。邀请参加会议的，应包括各国政要、顶尖科学家、世界大宗教领袖。因为依据我综合的信息结论，整个人类不论在做什么，实质都是在按照宇宙本质演绎天理真相规律在做同一件事。所有人因都来自宇宙能量合作组合，故囿于天理也只能且只会做同一件事。正因为人类所能认知和觉知的所有对象演绎本质都属于同一回事，所以宇宙所有演绎呈现给人类的对象包括人体及其健康等，才能与人类按照这同一性质能量演绎通道做能量交换而被人类知觉与认知。只有当所有人都明白，人类所在的宇宙时空赋予人类的能力，可以表象不同，但殊途同归，只能按照同一种模式来做事，且遵从了这同一种模式做事，就成功，就可持续。否则，就失败，就必然灭亡且最后只能不断加速灭亡。那么，人类就不会瞎折腾了，就知道人类安全底线的红线应该划在哪里，怎么划才能成为人类有效自保安全的保障。

2、唯有回到宇宙本质演绎呈现的常识上审视，人类就能冲破心灵梗阻而使灵魂觉醒。明晰必须立即放下所有争端和能够怎样放下所有争端，就能跨越深渊实现自救，并获得向神升级的福报。

依据我游历收到的信息综合，唯一能描绘人类所在宇宙能量界面的宇宙能量演绎本质天理真相全貌的，就是贯穿这个宇宙能量演绎界面全时空的底线承托规律，我将之命名为程序定质规律，并为此写了上述第一部分列示的系列文章来简要阐述（因为我认为程序定质规律是颠覆性重构整个人类文明成果的全时空基础底线规律，所以我只能简要阐述进入这个规律的科学宝藏大门的方向与轮廓，而其余的则需要人类共同合作甄别后去打开大门予以开拓）。简而言就是，被人类命名为物质的物形认知对象，并不是宇宙本质的代表，而是宇宙本质真相演绎幻化出来的幻形表象之一。物形对人类唯一历史作用就是对接人类五官感受，成为引动人类追求价值实现而由人性奔赴接近神性的对接接口。因此物形价值只是价值虚妄杂乱的表象，不是价值产生源头与实现的本体真相。宇宙能量即被人类初步命名为量子的本质，在能够被人类揭示前，人类必须认识到，因为宇宙能量运动产生了程序才有了人类面临的一切。故而程序就是人类面临一切的起点，即人类所有事务的第一性原理起源源头。简说即人类面对的所呈现出能量演绎的万象表现，就是能量运动生程序而有天机动来编织程序合作模式，才形成能量运动程序组合成程序编程合作模式而呈现相对静态幻形的表象。这里就包括物形幻象。人类仅因被拘泥于五官交易能量运动模式的限制，才将认知对象从表象幻形层面分为物质与意识而争论到今天。而今天人类基于合作，推进了认知从横向与纵向全方位的定位甄别，才取得了现在所有的自然与社会探索成果。而所有人类文明成果都越来越清晰能实证宇宙本质真相是，这个世界本质，既不是物质的，也不是意识的，而是程序的。人类所遇到的一切，从量子振动到天地星辰万象物形及其被人类摘取真相全貌中拼接为片段的数理化等成果，乃至人类的氏族、国家、公司、政党、文化、思维模式等等及其相互作用于能量交换模式，都是能量遵从程序运动周延但不闭环的方式编织组合的动态程序平衡合作模式。简单说，一切都是宇宙能量运动产生的本质为程序动态平衡合作组合即程序化的幻形，故而普朗克才说出了这个世界除了量子振动其实什么都不存在的话。由此这个宇宙世界，人类遇到的所有问题，本质都是程序冲突与否的问题，即民间俗语所称的合不合适的问题。人类唯一会做与唯一能做且一直在摸索着学着做的事，就是抓程序、作程序编程组合程序化模式、求合作程序动态平衡这一件事。可以简称为抓程序、作模式、求平衡九个字。现在有些人类在摸索中，先领悟到前六个字，所以创造了现代文明并成为现在公认领先全人类文明的民族或群体。但囿于人类五官感受使得人类价值判断站立点仍然站立在宇宙本质演绎出来的杂乱幻象表层上即物形幻象上，所以让人类的思维模式所产生的思想与意识能量，总是漂浮在物欲之虚幻洪流表层随波逐流，使得人类社会合作无法踏实在程序的动态平衡之宇宙本质底线上，才形成程序合作必然被虚浮的物形洪流冲散失衡，使得合作链接断裂产生程序冲突。小到尔虞我诈，大到你死我活的战争........。唯有人类用理智的神悟认知宇宙本质，突破动物性五官被物形幻象价值的禁锢，有了知道宇宙本质真相九字全貌而将价值判断能力建立在宇宙本质天理真相之上的价值观，才能有科学的社会观与人生观。才能明白做任何事，程序是唯一可落实价值的抓手，做程序合作模式是想做成事而实现价值的基本条件，程序组合合作的动态平衡，才是价值完全实现并有可持续性的唯一标准。人类有史以来有面临的危机，核心主线就是人类社会合作链接产生的合作能量，相对与人类科学探索取得的物形等自然能量程序合作产生的能量而言，极其微弱且不稳定，即人类社会合作能量支撑不了人类文明创造的自然能量的合作能量，两个能量界面之间失衡而冲突，就转形幻化为人与人之间的冲突。所以和平时态反复崩塌，战争反复轮回，到了现在随着AI人工智能的出现，人类社会合作不仅会被压垮还面临彻底被毁灭。这就是人类必须停下所有一切自认为重要的事，来全力团结一致合作，认真甄别宇宙本质规律而先完成构建人类和谐可持续合作模式这个史无前例的社会合作工程，才能保障人类基本安全的原因。

完成人类按照宇宙本质天理真相演绎规律构建的人类社会和谐可持续合作历史工程，人类就彻底摆脱动物性茫然互斗互害历史而升级为神性本体，人类文明就升级为宇宙文明。这就是人类今天学习按照能与宇宙本质和谐共振来做事的努力，将给每个人及其子孙带来的最大福报。

We must recognize that the movement of cosmic energy creates a process that gives rise to everything we face. Therefore, this process is the starting point for everything humanity faces—the first principle and origin of all human affairs.In short, the myriad manifestations of energy evolution that humanity encounters are the result of energy movement generating programs. These conflicts range from petty deception to life-or-death wars….Only when humanity uses rational enlightenment to understand the essence of the universe, breaking free from the constraints of animalistic senses and the illusory value of material forms, and developing a value system that understands the complete truth of the universe and bases value judgments on the fundamental principles of the universe (expressed in nine Chinese characters), can we have a scientific social and philosophical outlook on life. Only then can we understand that in doing anything, process is the only way to realize value, and that a collaborative process model is the fundamental condition for accomplishing tasks and realizing value. The dynamic balance of collaborative processes is the only standard for the complete realization and sustainability of value.Throughout human history, humanity has faced crises, the core of which lies in the fact that the cooperative energy generated by social collaboration is extremely weak and unstable compared to the energy generated by the natural energy processes—such as the physical forms and materials discovered through scientific exploration. In other words, the cooperative energy of human society cannot support the cooperative energy of the natural energy created by human civilization. This imbalance and conflict between the two energy interfaces manifests as conflict between people. Therefore, peacetime repeatedly collapses, and wars repeatedly circulate. Now, with the emergence of AI, human social cooperation not only faces collapse but also faces complete destruction.This is why humanity must stop everything it deems important and unite in full cooperation to carefully discern the essential laws of the universe and first complete this unprecedented social cooperation project of building a harmonious and sustainable cooperative model for humanity in order to guarantee basic human security.
