7. 你們祈求，就給你們。尋找，就尋見。叩門，就給你們開門。
7. "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 

8. 因為凡祈求的，就得着。尋找的，就尋見。叩門的，就給他開門。
8. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened. 

9. 你們中間，誰有兒子求餅，反給他石頭呢？
9. "Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone?

耶利米書29
11. 耶和華說，我知道我向你們所懷的意念是賜平安的意念，不是降災禍的意念，要叫你們末後有指望。
11. For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 

12. 你們要呼求我，禱告我，我就應允你們。
12. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. 

13. 你們尋求我，若專心尋求我，就必尋見。
13. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
