下面經文（Matthew 5:1-12）的祝福是耶穌親自安慰所有艱難度日的人們。在這裡，不是談論要發家，要權力，要名氣要快活，而是懷揣神堅實的應許，明了生命並不是容易的，從容度日。即使這樣，耶穌也是我們的牽引和牧人，他要幫我們走入天堂般的榮耀，他要讓我們活出新的生命。

接受這些經文的祝福吧。我們都受過傷，我們都在掙扎，我們都有負擔壓着，我們都有哀痛，我們都面對這個世界，而這個世界曾那麼仇視耶穌，也要仇視我們。神都懂。向他傾訴你的心腸。你在這個世界上是有原因的。他要引領你走過去，你是被祝福的：因為你有耶穌，一個美妙的有他的未來。你有寬恕，生命和拯救，現在就有。你是他自己的孩子，他不會丟開你。他對你的愛如此之深，他竟然為了你上了十字架。

在主的懷裡休養吧！

The Beatitudes (below) are beautiful statements from Jesus that comfort the weak and hurting who are struggling to make it through this tough life. It's not about gaining wealth, power, fame and pleasure here - it's about walking through whatever comes with the solid promises of God in mind, and knowing that life's not going to be easy. Still, Jesus is our guide and shepherd, he'll help us through to the heavenly glory, and he'll make a difference with our lives here.
Take comfort in these verses. We all hurt, we all struggle, we all have burdens to carry, we all mourn, we all face persecution from this world that hated Jesus and will hate us. God understands. Pour your heart out to him. You are here for a reason. He will lead you through it, and you ARE BLESSED - for you have Jesus, and a wonderful future with him. You have forgiveness, life and salvation - right now. You are his own child, and he will not forsake you. His love for you is so deep that he went to the cross for you.

for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4Blessed are those who mourn,
for they will be comforted.
5Blessed are the meek,
for they will inherit the earth.
6Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
for they will be filled.
7Blessed are the merciful,
for they will be shown mercy.
8Blessed are the pure in heart,
for they will see God.
9Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they will be called sons of God.
10Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
11Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and
falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. 12Rejoice and be
glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they
persecuted the prophets who were before you."
