一，以弗所書 1：13，14

二，哥林多後書 1：21，22

21 那在基督里堅固我們和你們，並且膏我們的就是神； 22 他又用印印了我們，並賜聖靈在我們心裡做憑據 。 和合本

三，哥林多後書 5：5

四，以弗所書 4：30

30 不要叫神的聖靈擔憂，你們原是受了他的印記，等候得贖的日子來到。  和合本

五，結論：

聖靈，是神賜給信徒的得救憑據，不是某教義。中文聖經和合本翻譯為憑據，英文翻譯為earnest（保證金，定錢），或pledge（保證，誓言，承諾），或譯為guarantee（保證，確據）等。

聖靈是從父神來，三位一體的真神的一位，是有位格的神，是神的靈，但是教義是人讀經的歸納總結，因此，將任何聖經經文或教義作為基督徒得救的確據都是對聖經的反對，屬於在屬靈之事上的完全無知。一個得救的基督徒應該認識住在他/她裡面的聖靈，使徒約翰說“我們所以知道神住在我們裡面，是因他所賜給我們的聖靈。”（約一3：24）。

關於聖靈，如今的很多教導純屬無知，後面再說。
