希伯来书第十二章　1-3

1我们既有这许多的见证人，如同云彩围着我们，就当放下各样的重担，脱去容易缠累我们的罪，存心忍耐，奔那摆在我们前头的路程，
2仰望为我们信心创始成终的耶稣。（或作仰望那将真道创始成终的耶稣）他因那摆在前面的喜乐，就轻看羞辱，忍受了十字架的苦难，便坐在神宝座的右边。
3那忍受罪人这样顶撞的，你们要思想，免得疲倦灰心。

Hebrews
1Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.
2Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
3Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

3点不在笔记里的心得：

1）“就当放下各样的重担，脱去容易缠累我们的罪，存心忍耐，奔那摆在我们前头的路程”，喜欢这节，因为我时常感到这些重物牵绊，无法“朝着标杆直跑”

2）喜欢“Let us fix our eyes on Jesus”　--　只能阿们了，太喜欢这句了。

3）“Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.”　--　十字架上的救主忍耐罪人的顶撞，上帝的眼光和怜悯真超越我们想象的。

虽然没有查到12章后面，还是忍不住读了下去。在3-14节谈到上帝对自己儿女的管教（DISCIPLINE）以及我们应该有的态度。
这节经文很感动，想起自己过去的生命和正在努力的过程。

11凡管教的事，当时不觉得快乐，反觉得愁苦。后来却为那经练过的人，结出平安的果子，就是义。
12所以你们要把下垂的手，发酸的腿，挺起来。
11No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.
12Therefore, strengthen your feeble arms and weak knees.

再看到后来喜欢2节：

14你们要追求与众人和睦，并要追求圣洁。非圣洁没有人能见主。
15又要谨慎，恐怕有人失了神的恩。恐怕有毒根生出来扰乱你们，因此叫众人沾染污秽。
14Make every effort to live in peace with all men and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.
15See to it that no one misses the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many.

第十一章是回顾 -古代信心的伟人
第十二章乃是展望将来 - 我们自己

1. V1-3: 奔 那 摆 在 我 们 前 头 的 路 程:

作者将人生比作「路程」，原文是指赛跑场的跑道
Question 1: how’s this 赛跑场’s environment? Can you describe it?
• 1.赛跑场Environment de????ion —just like 罗马的园形剧场或大型竟技场
• 2.Witnesses: God, angels, great Christians from the past (chapter 11), devil and devil’s angels
• 3. Goal: Jesus Christ
(仰 望 为 我 们 信 心 创 始 成 终 的 耶 稣)=原文是「耶稣为信心的创始者和完成者」。
「仰望」=「注视」。
「创始者」=「元帅」、「领导者」。
「成终者」=「完成者」
耶稣是我们的榜样和标竿，让我们在天国的跑道上可以注视并学习。好让我们可以获得鼓励，避免失去动力而疲倦灰心。
Question 2: Why the author said Jesus is both our role model and goal? Describe your thoughts on our role model and our goal.

A:
• our信心人生 starts from Jesus「创始者」- who created this path – and ends at Jesus too 「成终者」or「完成者」.
• He has already finished this 「路程」 and has won.
• He is also the best witness too

Question 3: 耶稣是我们的榜样. So what kind of role model? What has Jesus done as our role model?
• 他 因 那 摆 在 前 面 的 喜 乐就 轻 看 羞 辱
• 忍 受 了 十 字 架 的 苦 难 ，给我们证明了信心的路程是行得通的
• He won and 便 坐 在 神 宝 座 的 右 边
• We’ll follow to do the same and to achieve the same

Question 4: based on V1-3, what can be the main issues/challenges when we walk christian’s 人生「路程?? And how to overcome based on v1-3??
人生旅程亦有两种障碍，
• 各 样 的 重 担 (let go放 下；) 一切负累物都必须先放下，才跑得轻鬆快速。(please give examples of各 样 的 重 担 or 负累物 in our christian’s life

• 另一障碍是”脱 去 容 易 缠 累 我 们 的 罪”
o 习惯性的犯罪，所以罪必须时时对付，仰望信心创始成终的耶稣，才能在圣洁的路上跑得合神心意。please give examples of缠 累 我 们 的 罪 (or sometimes习惯性的犯罪)
