TEEDEEK和诚之兄都提供了不少很好的参考答案。老夫用英文来一把简答,看有没有把握住关键。 1) John 14:28 …for the Father is greater than I Literally, Jesus denied an equal position with God. If he himself said he was not equal to God, why do we bother to say so. 答:If we take all of the audacious claims by Jesus, we would find it hard to summarily dismiss his divinity simply based on a verse like this one. So our task is not to pit one claim of Jesus against another of his, but to reconcile this seemingly "less than divine" claim with many of his other claims to divinity. The clinching point lies in the duality of his perfect humanity and his perfect divinity. We are to be clear minded to interpret what Jesus was clear minded to proclaim. Thus putting that verse into the original immediate context, we arrive at the following interpretation: Jesus wanted his disciples not to be sad, but to be happy since he was going to God the Father who, in all His divinity, is greater than Jesus the Man who was humbled to take on a clearly lower existence of being. 2) 1 Corinthians11:3 Jesus said: “now I want you to realize that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man, and the head of Christ is God.” It sounds God is of superior rank to Christ, isn’t it? 答:Here Apostle Paul was talking about the headship, which necessarily refers to a divinely appointed order. The order in succession is: woman is under the headship of man (in original context, he meant wife under the headship of her husband), man in turn under the headship of Christ, who in turn under the headship of God the Father. To the same extent that we cannot infer from this that women are inferior to men, Christ is not any inferior to God the Father. The order does not imply essential superiority, rather it implies an order that stand on the firm footing of equality. Thus, women are equal with men in all rights and benefits, men (and women also) are equal co-heirs with Christ, Christ are of equal divinity with God the Father. 3) Hebrew10:12 …he sat down at the right hand of God. If Trinity, Jesus, the Son, would have returned to the same entity with his Father in heaven without separation after his resurrection. this verse indicates they are separate still, not Trinity. 答:Being at the right hand symbolizes power and honor. The person who puts the question forward has incorrect understanding about trinity. Trinity implies three persons of equal and one divinity. Since triune God is still of three persons (Father, Son, Holy Spirit), it is perfectly right to state that Christ the Son sits at the right hand of God the Father. One would do huge injustice to the biblical concept of trinity by incorrectly thinking that God the Son becomes fused with God the Father (and God the Spirit) into One God. No! That is not the correct understanding of trinity. 4) If Father, Son and Holy Spirit are coequal, why Mark13:32“No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.” Jesus and Holy Spirit have less power or authority than the Father? Then how can we say they are the same God? 答: Again Jesus was manifesting his perfect humanity when he said he did not even know the day or hour of his second coming. One shall not confuse oneself by jumping from Christ perfect humanity to divinity haphazard and frivolously. By the way, the verse in question did not discuss the divinity of the Holy Spirit. 5) John 20:17 Jesus said to Mary “… I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God”. So to the resurrected Jesus, the Father was God, just as the Father was God to Mary? 答:Of course God the Father remains God the Father to Jesus God the Son. This verse was so simply and correctly said by Jesus the Son of God AND the Son of Man (actually and more correctly theologically, the Son of woman, the Virgin Woman Mary). This verse clearly invalidates any incorrect Catholic understanding about the status of Mary, reputedly God the Mother. No! Mary is not God the Mother. Jesus correctly stated that God the Father is not only Jesus's Father and God, but Mary's too. I hope my terse answers strike a balance between simplicity and truthfulness. The keys to answering the questions are a good grasp of the duality of Christ's perfect humanity and divinity and a biblically sound understanding of the enigmatic concept of trinity. |
