希伯來書第十二章　1-3

1我們既有這許多的見證人，如同雲彩圍着我們，就當放下各樣的重擔，脫去容易纏累我們的罪，存心忍耐，奔那擺在我們前頭的路程，
2仰望為我們信心創始成終的耶穌。（或作仰望那將真道創始成終的耶穌）他因那擺在前面的喜樂，就輕看羞辱，忍受了十字架的苦難，便坐在神寶座的右邊。
3那忍受罪人這樣頂撞的，你們要思想，免得疲倦灰心。

Hebrews
1Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.
2Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
3Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

3點不在筆記里的心得：

1）“就當放下各樣的重擔，脫去容易纏累我們的罪，存心忍耐，奔那擺在我們前頭的路程”，喜歡這節，因為我時常感到這些重物牽絆，無法“朝着標杆直跑”

2）喜歡“Let us fix our eyes on Jesus”　--　只能阿們了，太喜歡這句了。

3）“Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.”　--　十字架上的救主忍耐罪人的頂撞，上帝的眼光和憐憫真超越我們想象的。

雖然沒有查到12章後面，還是忍不住讀了下去。在3-14節談到上帝對自己兒女的管教（DISCIPLINE）以及我們應該有的態度。
這節經文很感動，想起自己過去的生命和正在努力的過程。

11凡管教的事，當時不覺得快樂，反覺得愁苦。後來卻為那經練過的人，結出平安的果子，就是義。
12所以你們要把下垂的手，發酸的腿，挺起來。
11No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.
12Therefore, strengthen your feeble arms and weak knees.

再看到後來喜歡2節：

14你們要追求與眾人和睦，並要追求聖潔。非聖潔沒有人能見主。
15又要謹慎，恐怕有人失了神的恩。恐怕有毒根生出來擾亂你們，因此叫眾人沾染污穢。
14Make every effort to live in peace with all men and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.
15See to it that no one misses the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many.

第十一章是回顧 -古代信心的偉人
第十二章乃是展望將來 - 我們自己

1. V1-3: 奔 那 擺 在 我 們 前 頭 的 路 程:

作者將人生比作「路程」，原文是指賽跑場的跑道
Question 1: how’s this 賽跑場’s environment? Can you describe it?
• 1.賽跑場Environment de????ion —just like 羅馬的園形劇場或大型竟技場
• 2.Witnesses: God, angels, great Christians from the past (chapter 11), devil and devil’s angels
• 3. Goal: Jesus Christ
(仰 望 為 我 們 信 心 創 始 成 終 的 耶 穌)=原文是「耶穌為信心的創始者和完成者」。
「仰望」=「注視」。
「創始者」=「元帥」、「領導者」。
「成終者」=「完成者」
耶穌是我們的榜樣和標竿，讓我們在天國的跑道上可以注視並學習。好讓我們可以獲得鼓勵，避免失去動力而疲倦灰心。
Question 2: Why the author said Jesus is both our role model and goal? Describe your thoughts on our role model and our goal.

A:
• our信心人生 starts from Jesus「創始者」- who created this path – and ends at Jesus too 「成終者」or「完成者」.
• He has already finished this 「路程」 and has won.
• He is also the best witness too

Question 3: 耶穌是我們的榜樣. So what kind of role model? What has Jesus done as our role model?
• 他 因 那 擺 在 前 面 的 喜 樂就 輕 看 羞 辱
• 忍 受 了 十 字 架 的 苦 難 ，給我們證明了信心的路程是行得通的
• He won and 便 坐 在 神 寶 座 的 右 邊
• We’ll follow to do the same and to achieve the same

Question 4: based on V1-3, what can be the main issues/challenges when we walk christian’s 人生「路程?? And how to overcome based on v1-3??
人生旅程亦有兩種障礙，
• 各 樣 的 重 擔 (let go放 下；) 一切負累物都必須先放下，才跑得輕鬆快速。(please give examples of各 樣 的 重 擔 or 負累物 in our christian’s life

• 另一障礙是”脫 去 容 易 纏 累 我 們 的 罪”
o 習慣性的犯罪，所以罪必須時時對付，仰望信心創始成終的耶穌，才能在聖潔的路上跑得合神心意。please give examples of纏 累 我 們 的 罪 (or sometimes習慣性的犯罪)
