Pertaining to Church growth: I believe we have all seen many (Chinese) churches starting from scratch, growing into a fully functional Christian community, then somehow or other, hit a plateau at a certain point and stays either stagnant or grows slowly or even declines in its membership.
So my question is this: what makes a church grow? and what makes it hit that plateau?
For churches that continues to grow, my question is: what percentage of the growth is attributable to attracting believers? and what percentage to converting non-believers? and finally, what is sustaining this growth?
