8/24 Mom In Prayer （MIP) 

每周一次的妈妈祷告正式开始了

今天花了点时间分享赞美感恩的意义，每位姐妹在家都阅读了“Prayer Warrior Mom: Covering Your Kids with God's Blessings and Protection“ 第一章"Cultivate an attitude of Gratitude "，分享一些书中领受亮光，我喜欢书中 “We many not necessarily feel happy about a certain situation, but we can still express gratitude based on what we konw to be true about God." 书中还提到 “Gratitude is not just a great personality trait that certain "happy" women possess; it's a skill,  a choice, and a spiritual discipline. Thankfulness lifts the shadow of despair from our darkest days." 

有姐妹分享她当年搬家到另外一个环境，因为做她心情不好，影响到丈夫孩子们都很烦闷。后来神提醒她要感恩赞美，在数算神恩典中，笑声又回到家中。另一个姐妹提到某年妇女退休会，我们教会请到的一个小有名气的女作者做一个专题讲座，她长期有焦虑和情绪的健康问题，为了抵挡脑海中各样负面担忧的思虑，她时时提醒自己感恩注目仰望基督所成就的事，要让自己沉浸在神奇妙伟大的创造中。

书里面提到一些和孩子们一起感恩的方式，比较实用可行的方法是，在每晚的祷告中，和孩子们分享每天特别感恩的发生在他们身上的三件事，不能总是重复一些说过的话，培养孩子们感恩的习惯。
