As a Baltimore Ravens fan, I think Trent Dilfer is a very decent QB although Brad Johnson seems to be better. Dilfer and Johnson made big plays in big games, they never choked. If I'm forced to pick, I would choose either one of them over Tony Romo. I don't want a QB who is going after flashy statistics or showing off his big arm, I only want a QB to win games.
I think it's ridiculous to compare Brett Favre to Tony Romo, that's really an insult to a proven winner. Whoever saying "Brett Favre is playing like an old Tony Romo" must be out of his mind.
I agree with you that Rex Grossman is an exception to the rule. The 2006 Chicago defense and special team were really good, they bailed out Rex Grossman. "Quite frankly with Stephen A. Smith", I think Romo is not too much better than Grossman in many aspects.
I'm really sorry for appearing to be mean to Romo ...
