Sampras, federer and nadal are all 6'1'' tall while Agassi is 2'' shorter at 5'11'', but I still don't see why a height of 6'5'' is a disadvantage for a tennis player. Assuming two players with otherwise exactly the same competition condition and skill level and whatsoever, common sense says that the taller one will always wins out. There is no such a thing as "optimal height for tennis players". Does an optimal height exist for any sports? |
