1.1.2 on my XP, no problem so far. Here is what I would do:

1. download and install the program
2. click the desktop icon "SopCast" to open the program
3. you will be asked to login, you can use anonymous, I always use that
4. in the next window, click "Channels" button
5. all the channels will show up, double click any of them, a new window will "slide" out from the right side of the channel window, that is supposed to be your "player", your chosen channel should be conneted if it is online, then you can start watching
