fishing is a sport with relaxtation and enjoymen. i mean it is not really about the amont of fish you catch it is all over have fun.
but, nomarlly people are ok eat with those kind of fish once per while.

on the other hand, what about the chicken, beef... we eat over here everyday. they are not healthy at all, in other word, we are eating chemical everyday.
