you have to know the difference before the foreclosure sales and the organic sales.
The sales are a beacause of the bottom feeding on the foreclosure sales. The organic sales are way donw. and house price are way down. Housing market are not getting better but it is actually getting worse. And many banks are moving the foreclosures 3 months further than they used to. It might sounds like everything is getting better. But the fact is that they are getting worse. |
