說明:
有不少人在爭論那裡好那裡不太好,都是局部性的,主要是從個人的喜好考慮.
要真正衡量地區和城市的好壞,最關鍵最重要最準確的因素:(1)屋價.(2)屋價的增值率.
可能有人說,"我這裡又好又便宜",真有那麼好的事?很明顯,便宜的地方,肯定是很少人在那裡買,
多數人不願意在那裡買說明了什麼呢?難別人都是傻瓜?
也可能有人說,"我們素里的學校很好,甚至好過高貴林",沒錯,確實素里有不少好學校,
但是,同高貴林比,素里卻遠離VANCOUVER市中心,開車要一小時,自然有很多不便之處.....
有人強調某一地方好,只是從某一個角度出發,是不全面的.
有人強調某一地方好,有可能是想賣屋,
有人強調某一地方好,很可能是自己住在那裡,也喜歡那裡.
......
總之,那種根據不足不全面的各類說法,雖然不能說沒有道理,但未必正確準確,..
事實上,屋價絕對值一直保持高的城市,說明人們長期看好..
屋價增值很快的城市,說明那地方是很有前途的,人們在那裡搶,也就是說,看好那個城市的人比例很高...
一定要相信數據和科學,不要輕信他人的誤導,有人是有利益和有目的.
要衡量一個城市的好壞,因素有很多很多,如果一個個說,就沒完沒了,也不科學不全面.只有價格和增值才能說明一切.
