说明:
有不少人在争论那里好那里不太好,都是局部性的,主要是从个人的喜好考虑.
要真正衡量地区和城市的好坏,最关键最重要最准确的因素:(1)屋价.(2)屋价的增值率.
可能有人说,"我这里又好又便宜",真有那么好的事?很明显,便宜的地方,肯定是很少人在那里买,
多数人不愿意在那里买说明了什么呢?难别人都是傻瓜?
也可能有人说,"我们素里的学校很好,甚至好过高贵林",没错,确实素里有不少好学校,
但是,同高贵林比,素里却远离VANCOUVER市中心,开车要一小时,自然有很多不便之处.....
有人强调某一地方好,只是从某一个角度出发,是不全面的.
有人强调某一地方好,有可能是想卖屋,
有人强调某一地方好,很可能是自己住在那里,也喜欢那里.
......
总之,那种根据不足不全面的各类说法,虽然不能说没有道理,但未必正确准确,..
事实上,屋价绝对值一直保持高的城市,说明人们长期看好..
屋价增值很快的城市,说明那地方是很有前途的,人们在那里抢,也就是说,看好那个城市的人比例很高...
一定要相信数据和科学,不要轻信他人的误导,有人是有利益和有目的.
要衡量一个城市的好坏,因素有很多很多,如果一个个说,就没完没了,也不科学不全面.只有价格和增值才能说明一切.
