太陽石目錄 Catalog of The Sun Stone：18.1 虎劫 Tiger Catastrophe；18.2 風劫 Wind Catastrophe；18.3雨劫 Rain Catastrophe；18.4 水劫 Water Catastrophe

插圖18.0是墨西哥國家博物館的標誌性文物，他們稱之為太陽石，亦作日曆石。這種日曆在中華文化中是表示天道輪迴的劫歷。劫，亦作大時，劫跛、顛簸義。一增一減為一小劫。二十小劫構成一中劫。成劫、住劫、壞劫、空劫，此四中劫構成世界從形成到衰滅的一大劫。

Illustration 18 shows Sun Stone in Mexican National Museum; they also call it as The Calendar Stone. Chinese call the type of timely concept as catastrophe. Chinese dictionary explains catastrophe as big time, catastrophically lame, or vehicle bumping. One catastrophe includes four medium catastrophes, namely establishment, dwell, ruin, and empty. Each medium catastrophe is composed by 20 small catastrophes; and one increment and decrement compose one small catastrophe.

把中國劫的概念代入太陽石，則太陽石顯示着墨西哥文化中天道輪迴的四劫，依次為虎劫、風劫、雨劫、和水劫，如插圖左邊所示。本文以此四劫為標題來講述1245-1345年間，舍利王（Huitzilopochtli）轉世特拉洛克（即金童、亞當）和翠玉女（即玉女、夏娃），締造墨西哥，成為墨西哥之父、新一任太陽神的過程。

According to above definition of catastrophe, Sunstone shows four catastrophes, namely Tiger catastrophe (TC, as shown in illustration), Wind catastrophe (WC), Rain catastrophe (RC), and Water catastrophe (FC, or flood catastrophe). This article uses the Four Catastrophes as titles to tell the story of how between 1245 and 1345, King Huitzilopochtli reincarnated Tlaloc (Gold Boy, Adam) and Chalchiuhtlicue (Jade Girl, Eve), founded Mexico, and became the father of Mexico and new sun god.

18.0.1 墨西哥的文化背景 Mexican Cultural Background

故事開始之前，先說說古代中美洲的文化背景。世界之初，阿彌陀（Ometeotl）來到世界上就是男女同體，也被稱作阿彌陀男（Ometecuhtli）和阿彌陀女 （Omecihuatl）。他們倆生了四個兒子，紅藏（Red Tezcatlipoca）、黑藏、白藏、藍藏，各主宰一方。 此藏字是納瓦特語的Tezcatlipoca，義為“冒煙的鏡子”。

Before the story begins, let’s talk about the cultural background of ancient Mesoamerica. In the beginning, Ometeotl appears, it is both male and female. The couple’s names are Ometecuhtli (male) and Omecihuatl (female). They gave birth to four sons, the Tezcatlipocas of the East, North, West, and South. Tezcatlipoca is a Nahuatl word, means “Smoking Mirror”.

一、紅藏（如插圖18.0.1.1），主領東方的勝身洲，是農業和春天之神；亦名皮主（Xipe Totec）。皮主的那瓦特語義為“我們的主是個剝皮者”。皮即人皮，亦作黃金甲，即上帝給亞當（即金童）和夏娃（即玉女）穿上的人皮，即男戒三千威儀八萬四千細行，和女戒五百威儀十萬八千魅力（參見16.2節的最勝真如）。又紅藏與心理疾病和眼疾有關，即看見他的人會感覺怪異，懷疑自己的眼睛出了毛病。

1. Red Tezcatlipoca (refers to illustration 18.0.1.1) is leader of east Victorious-Body Continent, is God of farming and springtime, alias Xipe Totec. Xipe Totec means “Our Lord the Flayed One”, is Golden Armors, is the skins God coated on Adam and Eve, what 3,000 majesties 84,000 enchantments are, and woman’s skins what 500 majesties 108,000 charms are (refers to section 16.2 Covenant Ark). And Red Tezcatlipoca is related to mental illness and eye disease, that is, people who see him will feel weird and suspect that there is something wrong with their own eyes.

二、黑藏（如插圖18.0.1.2），亦名藏、大黑天、判官、特拉洛克（Tlaloc）、美洲獅等，主領北方的據顱洲，管理土地、魔法、欺騙等。

2. Black Tezcatlipoca (refers to illustration 18.0.1.2) is leader of north Skull-Occupant Continent, alias Tezcatlipoca, Judgment, Jaguar, Tlaloc, etc. It manages night, deceit, sorcery, and earth etc.

三、白藏（如圖18.0.1.3），主領西方的牛惑洲，亦名靈龍（Quetzalcoatl；亦作羽龍），是風神，是法力（即意思食，參見11.5節）的賜予者，是《法典》的作者。

3. White Tezcatlipoca (see illustration 18.0.1.3) alias Quetzalcoatl, is leader of west Cow-Muddles Continent, is God of Light, Mercy, and Wind etc. is author of Codex, and giver of food Mana.

四、藍藏（如圖18.0.1.4），主領南方的瞻部洲，是意志和戰爭之神，是太陽神和光明的倡導者。

4. Blue Tezcatlipoca (see illustration 18.0.1.4) is leader of the south Admiring-Subordinates Continent, is God of will and war, advocator of godly light.

據說，藍藏全部是用骨頭造的；造藍藏時，眾神要等待600年，他才開始變黃，甦醒。黃色象徵着新陳代謝，如出生動物的黃毛，秋天樹葉變黃。600年後，這四方神聖一起創造了太陽神奧林·托納修（Ollin Tonatiuh）、其它的神、世間萬物、和人類等。插圖18.0太陽石中心的那張臉就是奧林·托納修，義為正等明的他（或她）出來照耀，相當於我們佛教的無上正等正覺，梵語啊褥多羅三藐三菩提。

Legend says, Blue Tezcatlipoca was made all by bones. When those gods and goddesses created him, they had to wait for 600 years, until him turns yellow, without him they wouldn’t be able to complete the world’s creation.  Yellow represents metabolism. Long stories short, blue Tezcatlipoca did wake up, together, they created the whole universe, including sun god Ollin Tonatiuh shown as center face in Sun Stone. 

古代墨西哥人認為太陽（神）每天東升西落，經歷春夏秋冬、風霜雨雪，損耗很大，需要定期予以補給，需要神和人為之犧牲。如果太陽（神）消失了，王族人會成為從蟣子出生的穢血人，濕氣所生的泥血怪物歌利王等會盛行；人類社會會被腐敗、戰爭、和自然災害等所毀滅。在墨西哥的傳說中，天道輪迴往復，太陽（神）奧林·托納修已經被多次再造。

Ancient Mexican viewed Ollin Tonatiuh constantly detracts by its awesome daily tasks across sky with sun each day, it needs to be recharged or renewed after a few centuries. If Ollin Tonatiuh vanishes, royal families’ blood turns into filthy louse’s blood, and moisture born mud blood Song-profit kings and queens prevail, then the world would be destroyed by corruptions, warmongers, earthquakes, tornados, and floods etc. Mexican believed Ollin Tonatiuh had been recreated many times in their long history. Each time renewing Ollin Tonatiuh, a God, a Goddess, and a few humans were sacrificed.

圖18.0.2-1至-6顯示五對兒金童玉女（即亞當和夏娃）。圖1是摩醯和首螺（苦芭芭），筆者家鄉的穆斯林人稱呼他倆為豬爺爺驢奶奶（參見4.4 豬爺爺驢奶奶）。他們還認為那就是我們漢人所崇拜的釋迦摩尼和觀世音菩薩；筆者我同意此觀點。

Figures 18.0.2 shows five pairs of Gold Boys and Jade Girls (i.e., Adams and Eves). Picture 1 shows Moses and First Conch (Kubaba). The Muslims in the author's hometown regard them as Pig Grandpa and Donkey Grandma (See 4.4 Pig Grandpa and Donkey Grandma). They also think that they are Shakyamuni and View-Sound (Avalokitesvara) Bodhisattva that we Han people worship; I agree with this point of view.

圖2是大日如來（鑄爾，Thor）所造的亞當和夏娃（睚眥和磨牙，參見15.3節）。睚眥在佛教中是金剛牙佛。他們夫妻倆的作品就是《三千大千世界》，即苦諦。

Figure 2 shows Eve and Adam (Tanngrisnir [one that grinds teeth] and Tanngnjóstr [one that has gaps between the teeth], see Section 15.3) created by the Great Sun Thus-Come (Thor, Sun God). Tanngnjóstr is “Philosopher-Stone Teeth Buddha” in Buddhism. The couple’s work is Three-Grand Great-Grand Worlds (see chapter 13).

圖3是宙斯所造的金童玉女（阿克泰翁和戴安娜，參見15.2節）。阿克泰翁是七色鹿佛。他們夫妻倆的作品是集諦。《集諦》原名《愛經》，亦作《業經》。

Figure 3 is Gold Boy and Jade Girl (Actaeon and Diana, see section 15.2) made by Zeus. Actaeon is Seven-Color Deer Buddha in Buddhism. The couple’s work is Aggregate Crux (see chapter 14). Aggregate Crux’s original name is Love Sutra in Chinese, alias Karma Sutra.

圖4是常公和桃花女。常公是藥師佛。他們倆的作品是《桃花劫》，參見本書的第2章。

Figure 4 is Constant-Fair (Gold Boy) and Peach Flower Girl (Jade Girl, see chapter 2). Constant-Fair is Medicine Buddha in Buddhism. The couple’s work is Peach Flower Catastrophe, a book of their own stories.

插圖5是墨西哥的特拉洛克和翠玉女（即本文的兩位主人公）。特拉洛克相當於佛教中的北方不空成就佛。他們倆的作品是《墨西哥法典》。本書中的大部分插圖是他們倆畫的。

Illustration 5 is Mexican Tlaloc (Gold Boy) and Chalchiuhtlicue (Jade Girl; the two protagonists of this article). Tlaloc is equivalent to “Northern Non-empty Achievement Buddha” in Buddhism. Their work is the Mexican Codex. Most of the illustrations in this book were drawn by them two.

釋迦摩尼和觀世音菩薩是兩個從以上等金童玉女故事抽象出來的宗教寓言人物。為了方便理解和使用，中國佛教學會從許多金童玉女故事，從統計計算，建議釋迦摩尼的覺悟年齡為38.7歲。目前，38.7這個金童平均覺悟的年齡已被華人世界的佛學愛好者普遍接受和使用。本文，筆者設置舍利王和特拉洛克的覺悟年齡為38.7歲。

Shakyamuni and View-Sound Bodhisattva are two religious fable figures abstracted from the above-mentioned stories of Gold Boys and Jade Girls. To facilitate understanding and use, Chinese Buddhist Association, based on statistical calculations from many stories of Gold Boys and Jade Girls, suggested that Shakyamuni’s enlightenment age was 38.7. Presently, the age has been generally accepted and used by Buddhist lovers in Chinese world. Therefore, in this article author me set 38.7 as Huitzilopochtli and Tlaloc’s enlightenment age.
