any more votes for Obama, and will help Obama win any of the
battle ground state either. I did not like the pick from the beginning.

Obama was over confident when he dismissed the possibility of having Hillary as his running mate and believed that he would win the election simply by issues.

Even worse is that he gave McCain the opportunity to play the gener card. Obama and his aides might have thought that the McCain camp would not go that far. I
thought McCain would choose Romney.

The fact was many gop talking heads were vehemently suggesting McCain pick a female VP if Obama passed Hillary. The name Palin was mentioned already as
a potentual good choice by some talk radio hosts.

I do not think the Obama campaign is over. It is far from over. The coming weeks
will put Obama's tenacity and leadership into test. It is still possible that
on Nov. 4, he can pull it off and emerge as the winne, scathed or unscathed.
