my cleaning procedure, everynight before sleep:
a. toothpaste brushing and soaking for about 2-3 min.
b. floss every gap
c. rinse off
d. soaking with liquid wash for 30-60 seconds
e. rinse off with warm water
g. rinse thoroughly with water pic (about $50 each at CVS or any pharmacy store), until has no smell leftover
h. bite or click lightly the top to bottom teeth 100 times
