從陳果仁案檢討自己吧！ 識字
一講到陳果仁，美國司法黑暗呀，中國人受歧視呀。美國這個壞！心中那個痛！ 泛亞裔美國公民人權組織“美國公民正義會”一再強調，陳果仁被毆致死是一起仇恨犯罪事件。是呀！是呀！怎麼不用hate crime?為什麼hate crime到1994年才應用到這個領域？或讓人一提到hate crime law 就想到亞裔的陳果仁這個美國司馬不公正案，讓violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act提早到1984。violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act (1994) The Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act, enacted in 28 U.S.C. § 994 note Sec. 280003, requires the United States Sentencing Commission to increase the penalties for hate crimes committed on the basis of the actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, ethnicity, or gender of any person. In 1995, the Sentencing Commission implemented these guidelines, which only apply to federal crimes. 美國壞事多了去了，地球上有的壞事它都有，地球有的黑暗他都有。 Candy Lightner，的女兒死於他人酒駕，她發現，這個人不僅沒受到嚴懲（也是法律不完善），還再犯。她也成立個組織。 Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD)1980年，在1984年的時候影響了聯邦法律，The group had its greatest success with the imposition of a 1984 federal law, the National Minimum Drinking Age Act, that introduced a federal penalty (a 5%–later raised to 10%–loss of federal highway dollars), for states that didn't raise to 21 the minimum legal age for the purchase and possession of alcohol. 雖然這個組織現在大到變成了一個官僚組織。但也說明它社會影響廣泛。
你是不是認為， 這美國太落後了一部憲法用了200多年。該學學咱這兒，1949年9月中華人民共和國成立後，有一部《中國人民政治協商會議共同綱領》作為我國的臨時憲法！1954年頒布了第一部憲法，1975年、1978年先後頒布了第2、3部,1982年頒布了第四部《中華人民共和國憲法》。 現行的是1982年制定的！現行就是一部了，但是從建國到現在總共有4部。多麼與時俱進！ 這個世界永遠不會只有真，善，美，學學別人的成功經驗吧。 Candy Lightner，陳果仁母親，都是當媽的，都是美國司法亂來的受害者，但為什麼社會影響如此不同。抱怨，心痛完了，做點實事吧！鼓勵下一代多去做DA，和法官吧！把與人有關的因素變的對亞裔有利吧！（友情提醒，美國再不好，也不要把它變成中華人民共和國或朝鮮，這個地球還是有不少人象我一樣不上進，喜歡落後國家的） . |
