空靈是種自我封閉的心理所進行擴張與舒展過程的感受與體驗的意境。

The word “Telepathizing” refers to the artistic conception of feelings and experiences derived from the process of the self-enclosed psychological expansion and extension.

    美學家、藝術評論家劉繼青認為：空靈，主要是指人類個體意境中包含的那個“具有通靈的空間”，屬於回憶、聯想、幻覺、想象的製造結果。

    這個空間，不僅僅 是畫家、藝術家、文學家、哲學家思想之所獨辟的有靈氣往來其間的有機的審美心理場. 而是從中國人乃至全宇宙中有思維意識的生命物體，以其個體、自我的感覺與情調的詩化、理想化，更是其內在思維對物象認識的感悟中所經歷的：衝突、矛盾、斗 爭、互動、交流、理解、均衡、體驗的、淨化過的自我享受過程.

This space, to or from which the Telepathy runs, is not only an organic psychological field solely opened by the thinking of painters, artists, men of letters or phylosophers during their aesthetic appreciation， but also a purified self-enjoyment process of Chinese people or even all the life objects with thinking and cognizing ability in the universe when trying to make their individual and self sensation and sentiment poetic or idealistic; and what their intrinsic thinking experienced during its awaking realization upon its object image: conflicts, contradiction, struggle, mutual-interaction, exchange, understanding and equalization.

    它表現在自我認知與肯定的意境裡，便會產生一種物理與化學構築成精神上的抽象解釋。

When expressed in the artistic conception of self-cognizance and self-affirmation, it will incur a spiritual and abstract interpretation derived from a kind of physical and chemical constitution.

    空靈作為“靈的空間”來理解，它是立體的、無邊的、無形的、帶有極大的隱蔽性的、不穩定、不確定的表現形式。

Telepathy, if understood as a “ spirit dwelling space”, it takes on an expression form of three-dimensional, immense, immaterial bearing the nature of secrecy, instability and uncertainty.

    它常規是通過人類的意識形態來體現它的規律與狀態，也就是莊子所描寫的那種“無極之境”。

Conventionally, it expresses its regular patterns and conditions through human being’s ideology, id est, the “boundless and immaterial state”, depicted by Zhuang Zi, an ancient Chinese thinker and phylosopher.

    這個空間也有它的深度、廣度和高度，所以能在意境中以壯闊幽深的空間呈現出一種高超瑩潔的宇宙意識和生命情調的作品，方為空靈，方為至美。

This space has also its own depth, broadth and height. So only those masterpieces, presenting a cosmic conciousness and life emotional appeal with a super jade-like lustre and purity in their poetic imagery and through utilizing a magnificent, deep and serene space, deserve to be rated as telepathizing and utmost beautiful.
